Zezima can't run any faster than you can even if he does have 99 agility. His energy is restored faster, which is helpful, but it does not reduce his time to a minute. Also, you didn't factor in the amount of money it costs to buy pure essence which is about 80-100. "woot"

Monkey Madness is a joke. You can safespot the demon so just range it, no problem. Monkey Madness is easy to get through the tunnel if you have 43 prayer. Desert Treasure still requires some skills and thought even if you pray.

I think it goes by a selected order, but the selected order is so long that the rotation wouldn't be noticed unless you stay there for like 36 straight hours.

F2p has no reason to eat food that heals more than 14 in one bite. Their max hit is like... 28 with rune scim and our max is like 32 with whip. Besides, monkfish heal 16.

You guys are looking into this way too much. The reason why Guthix Mace offers no defense is because it is a weapon. Look at Guthix Staff from Mage Arena. It doesn't offer any defense bonuses. Thats because Guthix is going to turn on Guthix!!! :roll:
