You don't have to buy a gilded altar to use it, just look on the Events Forum for someone else with a gilded altar and use theirs.

No way lol.. :P The runemonkey record for slayer exp in one day is 300k. So divide 200M by 300k. It'd take 2 years of constant slaying every day to get 200M exp.

Runescape doesn't make you overweight. You being poor with your managing of playing runescape makes you overweight. I play runescape regularly but I play a sport so I manage to stay healthy. But I'm getting a little off-topic here.
