  1. Are you AaAa's second account? Gee.. we already addressed the grammar issue. His writing is legible, I don't see why someone would have a problem understanding it. He found a rusty scimitar as a drop from zombies and wanted to know what it was. Some digging in the KB revealed that it's just like the other rusty swords and armour that you can find.
  2. They're not in the outpost actually. You can teleport to the outpost using a Games Necklace and walk east across the slippery stones to the Lighthouse. If you've done the quest, you'll know where to find them after that. I'd suggest those at your level.
  3. I never said it did. It's what we like to call "observations", "questions", and "logic." Anyways.. That's my new favorite place to burn logs. There's two "lanes" where you can lay out a whole inventory of logs. The stump there in the picture is a good spot to get the same starting point each time. Bank is on the minimap, and I never run out of run energy. :)
  4. Well, we do have Flying Axes..
  5. Quit being a jerk. And his grammar isn't that bad other than the lack of periods. Spelling is not grammar either. Anyways, maybe repair one and keep the other? Or get more drops and repair a few, keep a few.
  6. Note that he said possible.
  7. I'm gonna try to explain that second one a little more, in layman's terms. I'll use the example of two backpacks. Under the first system, we have two backpacks. You bought both of these from Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart only sells bags when they're empty; you can't put in all your pencils, notebooks, calculator, paper, etc. in it and buy it! But for the sake of the example, we'll say that they also sell a "back-to-school" backpack, with a bunch of school related supplies in it. Now, once you put your stuff in the backpack, you can't take it back to Wal-Mart and expect them to refund you! You'd have to take all your stuff out before you could return it. And for the back-to-school bundle, you'd have to return it to its original state first before you could return it. That was the first system, now lets look at the new, improved system. Wal-Mart sells two types of bags. One empty, the other with a back-to-school bundle of supplies in it. You can buy either one and add or take whatever you want from it, bring it back, and return it for a price based on what's in it. It doesn't have to be completely empty or in its original state. Wal-Mart 1: Have to buy/sell in completely empty or completely full increments. (Current item system in RS) Wal-Mart 2.0: Can buy/sell at any increment. (New item system in RS)
  8. A challenge? What's the point of a skiller (for some)? What's the point of getting all 99s? What's the point of getting any 99 for that matter? What's the point of collecting every bucket you can get your hands on? Every item that's orange? The challenge, my friend.
  9. Not rude, you just asked a stupid question and were acting very arrogant. Why are you mining in a gas mask? What in the HELL are you talking about? How is that a stupid question? I asked him if he really was there to mine in full Verac; he could have just logged out there. That's not a stupid question. And how in the HELL was I being arrogant in that situation? I asked him a question, he responded in a stand-offish manner. In no way did I admit to or imply superiority. Logically, it makes no sense to mine in Full Verac because of it's weight. It will reduce your experience per hour because you'll have to walk back and forth to the bank, unless you use energy pots, which would be senseless since you could just mine without the armour in the first place. And why am I wearing a gas mask? Just because. A gas mask adds no weight, so it's better to wear that than full Veracs. Notice I also have on weight reducing equipment.
  10. I just logged on, no problems..
  11. Oh really? I wasn't aware. What was stupid about this statement is that the guy had just walked up. Hadn't been in the bank (I would've noticed, I'm burning logs in Burgh de Rott) and had barely seen me before he said it. The audacity of some people...
  12. Sarcasm? If it was.. he has every right to post whichever level he wants. It is his achievement. If not.. then disregard that. Good job though! :)
  13. I've heard of the door opening and closing with a lady walking her dog. But I hadn't heard about anybody getting in. Are you sure your friend wasn't stretching the truth a little bit?
  14. I don't get it :? I saw him log into that mining spot at Yanille wearing Full Verac.. and I wondered why he would be there. Then I noticed that he was mining. So I asked him "mining in full v?". He was very stand-offish about a simple question.
  15. Luna air Teh Unseen before he was banned. He got 99 Prayer before Luna. Who pays 5 bucks a month to reach 99 Defense with 1 everything else? Defil3d did. A few have gotten 99 Strength with 1 Attack and Defense. Your logic is flawed. *EDIT* Here ya go, some math. First off, here's the list for fishing + strength reqs and experience. Trout Tuna Salmon Swordfish Sturgeon Shark 48F 15S 55F 35S 58F 30S 70F 50S 70F 45S 96F 76S 50E 5E 80E 8E 70E 6E 100E 10E 80E 7E 110E 11E And here's how you can do it. Get 15 Strength and Agility any way possible without raising HP! --Strength train through Tomes of Knowlege and Lamps AND pushing through wheat in Impetuous Impulses. --Agility should be easy.. From 15-30 Strength, you'll need 10,952 experience. That equals 109,520 Fishing Experience. That puts you at 192,534 Fishing experience, or level 56. Tuna. From 30-35 Strength, you'll need 9,043 experience. That equals 90,430 Fishing experience. That puts you at 282,964 Fishing Experience, or level 60. Fishing Tuna from 35-45 Strength, you'll need 39,106 experience. That equals 391,060 Fishing experience. That puts you at 674,024 Fishing experience, or level 68 (almost 69). Now here comes the assumptions.. I'll assume you fish sturgeon/salmon/trout in a 2:3:5 Ratio. That means that you'll average 5.7 Strength experience per fish. From 45-76 Strength, you'll need 1,274,931 Strength experience. That equals 12,749,310 Fishing Experience. That puts you at 13,423,334 Fishing experience, or level 99. From there to 99 Strength, you'll need 11,759,500 Strength experience. That equals 117,595,000 Fishing experience. ~~ Somewhere in there you could add some alternates. Do some Impetuous Impulses at any time. Do Swordfish (and Tuna) when you get the level, might be a little slower though. Anywho, that's what you're working with if you want to try it. I might be off on the sturgeon/salmon/trout ratio, correct me if I'm wrong. It won't change the data much though.
  16. 1/10. At least you've got something there.
  17. Or you could get your fishing up with catching leaping trout/salmon/sturgeon and bare-hand fishing tunas and swordfish on your way to 96.. That'll get a hefty chunk of exp out of the way. And it's 11 exp for bare-hand fishing a shark. Tuna = 8 str exp Swordfish = 10 Shark = 11 Leaping Trout = 5 str exp Leaping Salmon = 6 Leaping Sturgeon = 7
  18. (First list is exp at each level, second list is exp diff between the exp, third is the diff between list two, etc..) I guess the level formula won't fall into an nth form equation.. (an^2 + bn + c [stuff like that]) WHY?! Ha.. it's making me curious. I just made a program for it since I didn't want to do all that math myself. Here's a sliver of the code. (VB.NET btw) [hide] Private Sub ListBox2_Click(ByVal sender As System.Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles ListBox2.Click Dim dif1(ListBox1.Items.Count - 1), dif2(ListBox1.Items.Count - 2), i As Integer i = 0 Do While i <> ListBox1.Items.Count dif1(i) = Val(ListBox1.Items(i)) i += 1 Loop i = 0 Do While i <> dif2.Length ListBox2.Items.Add(dif1(i + 1) - dif1(i)) i += 1 Loop End Sub[/hide] *EDIT* Just found this formula searching on TIF. Apparently that gives the exact experience amounts for each level.. seems kind of confusing, but I think I understand most of it.
  19. ..I don't get the avatar.. and it's not funny. Good effort though I reckon. 2/10. It's a Rune pickaxe : :D Ohhhh! Ok. :)
  20. eh... 0/10. Don't recognize you.
  21. Combat training.
  22. And it runs out of charges eventually (like a crystal bow) ?
