I know that it shouldn't be like a prison; I didn't say it should. I was using an analogy. The trade limit was the last attempt, the most drastic. All their attempts to smite RWTers up to this point hadn't worked as efficiently as they planned, so something had to be done. They couldn't let their efforts go in vain. The cap was implemented as their last resort to kill off the majority of RWTers. Are you talking about me? My sig is 450x150.. I just thought I'd let you know that your name is incredibly annoying. It stretches out the "Author" column and is annoying to look at. But you're saying that just because a "few lines of code" were implemented incorrectly that JaGEx is ultimately headed for the dumps? That's a load of rubbish.. it was merely a mistake, easily fixed. And you're asking why didn't they do this earlier? Think of it like this. You are a prison warden. You know that at some point, your prisoners are going to riot. You know that you can, at any time, kill all of your prisoners to stop/prevent rioting. It's that simple. But why didn't you do it months, even years ago? Because that is a drastic implementation. There are other less drastic, lower impact ways of dealing with the prisoners. Killing them, or effectively "adding those few lines of code", is a last resort method.

I got a lot of mime and freaky forester events while smithing 7k bars. But it really is random, you can get them anytime, doing anything (or nothing).

The trade is limited by the lower max cap of the two. So if you traded someone with 0 QP, then you're limited by their 3k max.

Well here is my view (Note that I said my view. I don't want to speak for any other Christians). I believe that God created us all for some reason. I don't know the reason; nobody does except God. This is all like a big "playground", and he's looking over us. I don't want you to get the idea that he's a kid with a magnifying glass pointed at an anthill called Earth, which I'm sure some of you thought of. He's just overseeing things. He has the power to intervene, of course. But he chooses not to. He does not interfere with our free will. He wants us to figure things out on our own. Of course, He'll give us nudges here and there in the right direction, but he won't reveal his metaphorical "shut down" button to us. No, he wants us to make our own. It's not that he's an evil, maniacal kid on the anthill. God cringes at the things that go on in this world. God wants things to be perfect, and he has the power to make it so. But again, he wants us to do it on our own free will. Hope that addressed what you were talking about. You skipped that part; some people don't want to believe in God, some people just don't. Maybe I should have added "Some people wear their Atheist tinted sunglasses."

Impossible if you were the only one at the tree. It is , im no joking , i was cutting a the yew in lumby No, you must be mistaken. A tree cannot fall until at least one log comes out of it.. Doesn't matter to whom, but it doesn't fall if nobody got any logs. Respawn rates are faster on worlds with a lot of people. Try to cut yews on a world with 1600+ people for best results. There is no max to the amount of logs you can get from one tree, unless there is an ever-decreasing formula going on with it.. But we'll just say you can get a lot of logs, or you can get very few. You'll average around 8-10 I'd say..

Gnome Stronghold hands down. Try to get into a world with 1600+ people in it and very few at the trees. That means fast respawns! By the time you get done cutting the third tree, the first one should have respawned.

To all those people who argue that God would not create a world with violence, hate, destruction, drugs, rape, murder, prostitution, terrorism, or whatever else that is viewed as bad; I would like to say that you are 100% right. No doubt about it, God would not create a world like that. We did. God made the world. He put me on it, he put you on it; He put Osama Bin Laden, George Bush, Marilyn Manson, your family, Martin Luther King Jr. He put the founders of the KKK and the founders of the Red Cross. He put the preacher at the local church on this earth, as well as the homeless man sitting at the intersection. Why would he put them on the earth only to suffer? The fact is that he didn't. Every person is created with an equal opportunity; to be with God or against Him. There is no "middle ground" here. He did not create Hitler to persecute thousands of Jews; he didn't create Martin Luther King Jr. to lead blacks to civil freedom. These choices were made by the individual person. We created the world of hate, racism, suffering, and every other ailment that we live with. We have the power to change things, but we don't. It's not God holding us down telling us "Don't feed that hungry person", it's us. We decide not too. Some might say they didn't choose, but after seeing that commercial on the TV, that article in the paper or online, you made a choice to act or not act on it. God did not create the suffering in this world; we did. ~~ And also to whoever tries to put a statistic on evidence that God exists. There is no way to apply a hard science to a soft science. You're looking at Religion through those "hard science" goggles. You want to know a percentage. But how do you put a percent on a feeling? On a divine act? You can't (using "you" in a general sense). God is something that you feel in you, that you see going on around you, that is undeniably real to you. There is no statistic to that. If you believe in God, then the "statistic" is 100% in favor of divine intervention, because God is in everything that you do. To those who don't believe, how are you going to judge if God was in that situation or not in that situation? There's no way. God is real. He is real to me. He created you, He created me. You chose not to believe in it, I chose to. I wish you could see the light, but some people need help opening their eyes. Some people's eyes are shut tightly to not let any light in. Some are scared shut, some stubbornly.

I'm not saying you can't do it from level 3. I'm talking about the people who say "You can do it if you start slaying at level 3." Of course you can, but it'd be pointless if you can just train to flat 70s and go from there. It'd go a lot quicker.

You're too far along in your combat stats to make this worthwhile. You may end up getting your Slayer into the 90s, but you'll be struggling after that. If your combat stats were in the 70s, then you probably could. I'd aim for another cape as your second, as this one would take ages with your 90+ melee stats. And to all the people who say "maybe if you're starting on a level 3.."... SHUT UP! You don't know what you're talking about. You can get your melee into the mid 60s and 70s easily without even training Slayer. Once you're around 60-70s melee stats, you can start training Slayer and still have an untrimmed cape. Just look at Slayerbelle; she ended with flat 96s. Which leaves ~3m experience leeway. So, in theory, you could get to low 80s in melees and still have a chance at the untrimmed Slayer cape. Sorry about the rant, but people saying that about starting at level 3 don't know what they're talking about.

But for music? I'm not sure of the music copyright laws. Especially as music is weird, and it technically doesn't exist. All it is is a bunch of sounds strung together that your ear and brain can interpret to mean something else.

I would sell it if you only use it for Barrowing. Just use the Slayer Dart method, it's much cheaper and more than efficient with your levels. I would hang on to the Veracs if you like monster hunting.

It's relatively peaceful until one comes around. Once they do, they do the agility course with you.. kinda spooky, really.
