This expression would only be called under the NPC fight code, not the PC fight code or everyday run-of-the-mill picking up off the ground code.

It really isn't hard to code that at all. And Jagex wouldn't have to "keep track" of all this.. the code would do it automatically and store it in your character file. Just like stats and experience. For example, at the end of a Barrows run, on the existing code, they could add something like this: IF KillBrothers = true AND ChestLooted = true THEN BarrowsCounter += 1 END IF Which will be added to the code of opening the chest. It checks if you killed all six brothers and, if you did, adds 1 to your Barrows Counter. And this: IF PlayerGetsKill = true THEN KillCount(getMonsterID) += 1 END IF It checks if you get the kill; something that has to already exist in the coding (otherwise how would it determine who gets the drop?). If you did get the kill, then it would get that monster's unique ID and add 1 to the kill count for that monster. To make it easier on Jagex, they could limit it to a select few monsters; KBD, KQ, Metal Dragons, Chickens ( : ), etc.

For sure you could do it. All you need is some form of range weapon and the ammunition for it. Getting there, you'll need some food, and bring a restore pot.

The crossbow update kind of went hand-in-hand with this one. Void Knight is generally for the higher leveled and/or dedicated Rangers. And chinchompas are for the rich guys. Bone bolts are for the money-conscious consumer.

I hate the word nerf. It really irks me because people throw it around to and fro without a care at all for the word... it really overdid it. Kind of like the word noob. But I think bone bolts are great. Jagex should not change their stats at all, nor how hard they hit. It was about time for another method of training Ranged.

I have 6 exp until 80 Range. I'm waiting until later to get it.

And my trip to Aviansies last night. Gonna get 80 range later if anyone wants to come.

How's that for a good trip? Most of the kills were Bloodvelds, with Vampires coming in a close second. That makes 10 Rune Meds for my collection. The seeds were a Ranarr and a Lant.. or a Harralander. Can't remember. 2 Avantoes and a Ranarr for the herbages.
