Training ranging from lvl 36-atleast 40
Hm. So your question isn't that clear, but you want to get your range from 36 to at least 40? Just use Iron or Steel Arrows, a maple shortbow, and the best range gear you can get. I think it's Snakeskin armour, but that's too much of a hassle to get, so stick with studded leather.. I think. Train on the level 27 Minotaurs in the Stronghold of Security. Great experience since there's a bunch of them, and they drop iron arrows, which should make up for all the ones you lose. You'll probably end up with more than you started with.

Matt's Questions, Updated. V3
Hm.. wanna look cool at low cost... Some Rune (G) or (T) would be nice, not all that expensive, but still will set you back a few bucks. Or you could invent your own look as I did, but it's more of a skilling thing. When I fish, I wear a Mourner's Gas Mask, Slave Shirt, Jungle Pants, Slave Boots, Diving Apparatus, leather gloves, and lastly my whip. It's kind of a poor man look; I like it :D

barrows questions
Not sure. I clicked the name in your profile, and it's not listed. That's not good for Barrows. Give us a stat pic or write 'em down, then ask again. And no, Barrows Brothers are just like other NPCs; they can't go through you until you've been stepped on/through by another player or an NPC that spawns under you. Click the second link in my signature to find out about that.

Ranging Blue Drags...
At level 20 you can still teleport. Above it you can't. Thought I'd say that. And yea, I'd say start ranging Blues at around 60 with Steel Arrows.

Question: Least-Admirable Skill Cape
For prayer, it's not the fact that it's easy. It's the dedication to training something beyond a level it really needs to be. If you want all of the benefits out of prayer, you can stop at 60. But training it to 99 is a lot of cash in the ground or grinder.

I'm barrowing, anyone for a few trips?
I would wait to do Barrows if I were you. But best of luck to ya if you do go! And I think this would go in the Tip.Iter Events forum.

best training armor with 3.8mill
Full Torags without the Hammers Whip(Defense, controlled) or Dragon Scimitar (Strength) Rune Defender Rune Boots RfD Gloves Glory/Fury Wealth/Warrior Ring Sounds good to me. I'm not sure it's all buyable under 3.8 mil. Maybe skip the Fury and Warrior ring.

How do I get seeds from flowers, veggies, herbs etc
Whoa.. you can really do that? Didn't know.

How do I get seeds from flowers, veggies, herbs etc
Naw, you get seeds from killing seed-dropping monsters, thieving the seed stall, or thieving the Farmers and Master Farmers throughout Runescape. There are other ways to get them, but they're more detailed, so I won't go into it here. Oh! You can also get them from Bird Nests while woodcutting.

Hunting
Getting membership just so you can get 99 hunter isn't the best use of it, but hey.. whatever floats your boat :D I'd say stick with the highest level thing you can catch until you get to Red Chinchompas. Then you can do those the rest of the way on up; they're great experience from what I've heard, and make for killer weapons in PC and CW.

smithing 99
Hm... maybe do Iron Knives most of the way, or Cannon Balls. Once you get 86 Smithing, Start buying as many Rune Bars as you can and make axes out of them. Rune bars go for around 13k, and the axes go for around 15-20k, depending on how much someone wants it.

Question: Least-Admirable Skill Cape
Just 'cause you don't buy your herbs doesn't mean others can't. It is a buyable stat, but it is also a stat you can supply through other methods, all on your lonesome.

Inventing new Runes!
Doesn't matter if it's a problem, and it doesn't have to be a solution. A suggestion is just a new idea for Runescape. It'll either get locked or moved there sooner or later. And on topic... make a <3 Rune! It's used in Love attacks haha.

Inventing new Runes!
This should probably go in the Bugs & Suggestions forum. But if you're gonna make new runes, give 'em a use too?

Suggestion for world 1 selling...
He's saying there should be something in the Marketplace forum that details all the places you can buy and sell things. I think it's a nifty idea if it's not already there. Also include Members w2 Falador, that's a BIG one.

I'm Going For IT!!!!!
Well, Gorillas are OK experience, but not at your level. And bandits are out in the Desert, but you can take a carpet ride to them. Just wear a piece of armour from Zamorak or Guthix (Methinks), and stand in the bar. They'll auto attack you indefinitely. Great for multitasking.

Random Events: What Spawns Them?
Thanks Trip, it does make sense here :D But why would moving spawn him elsewhere? That makes no sense, I've never seen him do it before.

][ Help Needed Logging In! ][
That little red "X" in the corner is your computer saying "Oh noes! I can't run this!" Just download the latest Java, and try again. And this is more of a Tech and Computer Forum post.

I'm Going For IT!!!!!
Well if you wanna spend no money, then do PC. If you want drops, go with something else. Fire Giants are decent if you've got the defence for them. Otherwise, you could try Bandits while wearing a God Cape, or if you're on a really tight budget, you could just do Experiements.

how does someone see that the thread is reported?
The little exclamation mark in the corner of each post. If it's "X"ed out already, then it's been reported.

Slayer/Blue Drags
Get rid of the boots, and try to get snakeskin boots instead. Those Black Boots, or any metal boots, actually lower your range attack.

Random Events: What Spawns Them?
Well, I'm sitting here, minding my own business, ranging these pesky Hellhounds for my Slayer assignment. Well, I decide to right click on my pile of iron arrows, and guess who pops up? The Mysterious Old Man. I decide "Meh, he can wait, I've only got a few hits left." So, he waits for a few seconds. Then I go to click on my pile of arrows, and he disappears. Wierd, eh? But wait, there's more! He reappeared to the west of me.. WHOA! My questions are: Has this ever happened to you guys and gals? If so, what spawned it? Ever had double randoms?

Slayer/Blue Drags
Although you can use Chaeldar - the one you are now - I'd suggest using Vanaka, in the Edgeville Dungeon. I'm level 86 and still use him. He gives tasks that aren't too insanely hard, but aren't easy either.

Fire Giants, Dusty Well *Answered
Not sure, but there probably are. If you don't see any obvious ones, check out this guide for help. If there still aren't any safe spots, then try going the Brimhaven Dungeon Fire Giants. There's 3 there in relatively close proximity that can all be safely ranged.
