  1. Making 70M+ and 1k+ total as a 100% F2P'er.. From that.. mining 20k coal, 5k mith, 3k addy ores, and not selling until that amount was pretty tedious (on F2P).

Well.. look at what skeletons wear.. and we got that last Halloween.. I'm hoping for a dragon pickaxe myself. I doubt a plate will be released for some time now.
  3. In my opinion.. the random events are random.
  4. Go for 99 Hunter. Get construction after that. :)
  5. I would suggest zombies/skeletons with a Salve Amulet, over Rune Halberding Ogres.
  6. Well, everyone exaggerates. It probably took him 35 mins, and he said 20.

Goraks, Shadow Warriors, Fire Giants They seem to be the most effective, and their other possible drops are decent as well.
  8. To have a high hitpoint level at a low combat level train any stat high, except for defence. It generally doesn't matter where you train, providing you are training in an effective way.
  9. He simply ran the pure ess in the abyss for a person who can craft double nats (2 nats per 1 ess). The crafter trades you 2x the nats for unnoted pure ess that you bring to him/her.
  10. It might be less time-consuming to simply mine the coal and buy the iron, seeing as you are F2P.
  11. Do what Master said, and train your range up some. 70 range/mage would be nice. :)
  12. Well, I don't believe you would need prayer pots for most of the slayer tasks, the moss giants. There is an Island on the West coast of Brimhaven which you can access by rope swing with an agility level of 10. Slices of cake, which heal 4hp, respawn on this island. This may be an effective spot for you to train. A salve amulet will work the same on skeletons, yes.
  13. I'll have to agree with Master. Woodcut and bank willows until you become a member. Fletching these willows into willow longs (u) once you are P2P will be a cheap way to increase your fletching level. I belive it takes around 16k willow longs from the point that you can begin fletching them, to get to 70 fletching. It will be annoying at the start, but it is nice to get it out of the way.
  14. This is the method I used for 99 strength, with 40-45 defence. 1) Moss Giants - I know it sounds nooby, but you use little or no food, collect stackable drops like seeds, runes, and arrows, and oddly it seems like very fast exp if you know where to train. I myself suggest training in the Varrock Sewer/Edge Dungeon Moss Giants. Do not use this method if you can't use the pipe short-cut to Edge Dungeon. Simply go down there with high alchemy runes, a chisel, and a bit of food. Take a few strength pots because it is a cheap way to speed up training. 2) Fire Giants - If you do not have a D-Hally, I suggest getting one before trying this method. You can achieve the ability to wield one by completing the Regecide quest. As with mossies, take high alchs (or at least the nature runes as a lot of fire runes are dropped), a chisel, as much food as you can (you will waste a lot for inventory space, but it is needed at the beginning while the Fire Giants are aggressive), and some strength pots. Some highlights about the fire giants are that they have 111Hp, so that transfers into 444 Strength exp per giant.. they drop strength potions (2-dose), and quite a few other decent items. 3) Ankou - This method is best used with a Salve Amulet, or Salve Amulet (e) achieved from the Haunted Mine quest. You should use this amulet because it increases your att/str by 15%, and if enchanted, 20%. Head down to the Ankou with a chisel, a full inventory of food (again wasting will occur), and strength pots to speed up the process even more-so. Ankou drop a large number of blood and death runes, and also a varied number of other items that are worth picking up. If you can take rune/drag/torag down here with full guthans to recharge your Hp, then you will be able to virtually camp down here. 4) Slayer Tasks - This can be a good way to raise both your strength and slayer at a rather fast rate. If you decide to use this method be sure to use a Black Mask, as it raises your att/str levels by 15% versus slayer tasks. Use the highest level slayer master you can, and go to the Burthope slayer master if you want your task changed. Be aware you will have to do the task that he assigns. Your inventory in most cases will consist of high alch runes, a chisel, some food, and strength pots to further speed up training. Be sure to take any items that are required to kill your slayer task.

Members only. By the way, 92 in a skill is about half-way to 99. Keep at 'er.
  16. It would depend on the order you do them, how effectively you train, how much money you have to spend on these skills, etc.. I would guess a month. A shorter period of time with more resources at your disposal.
  17. Genies, Book of Knowledge, Quest Rewards, Pest Control

It is crowded as you said, meaning that all all the giants will be under attack at one time or another. When you giant is dead simply run out, grab your arrows, the drop, and run back to your safespot. Nearly everyone at the Fire Giants is a pure, and they have no problem grabbing the drops, or their arrows. Some even think they should grab another players' arrows. So, stick with the idea of the iron arrows, but grab your drops, pick up your arrows. You will want high alchs, and teleport runes in your inventory. I myself take: Air Staff Laws Fire Staff Nature Runes Rope Glarils Amulet 2 Lobster Chisel With this I can high alch certain items, teleport out if needed, use up some of the runes on Air spells, cut my gems, and further cut them into bolt tips. The two lobsters are for safety if I lag, or to pass the agressive stage of the giants, but I rarely use them. I suggest alching Fire Battlestaffs, and mithril square shields only. Other rune drops can be banked, or used. Paying 20 each is a good price to buy iron arrows, as far as I am aware. Good luck, and I hope this helped.
  19. Thank you Paw_Claw. I am glad you can understand what I write. :
  20. The ring of wealth does not effect the reward you recieve from completing a Treasure Trail.
  21. Yes, there is a defence level of 45 required to wear the Farseer helmet. Also, you need to be done the Fremmelik Trials quest, which gives defence exp, and would in turn give you a defence higher than 1.
  22. Use the Wilderness course. Take a dds, str ammy, some clothing that reduces your weight, and cakes for food. Good luck. :)
  23. 10k steels got me from 74-84 at fire giants, and I picked them up. At Moss or Ice giants you would definitely get 80 range with 50k iron arrows. I suggest picking them up. :) Good luck.
  24. Chaos spells + chaos gauntlets, or slayer darts at barrows. Just to make you aware.. 7, 700, 000 Mage exp via damage spells = 5, 120, 500 HP exp. I advise using a different skill to get the rest of the HP exp, provided that option is available to you. If it is not, then you will end up with about 1, 322 557 extra magic exp. I suppose moving up in the ranks is nice.
  25. I don't remember how many runes it took me.. but here is the guide for the mini-game. I definitely advise reading it over before attempting the mini-games. Good luck with the spell, it is fun to use when you need food in a jiffy. I can't believe I used the word "jiffy".. twice now. EDIT: Forgot to give you the guide link...
