Changes to stores? (just got back to rs)
The purpose was mainly so autoers could not buy chaos/death and resell for more. Some shops lost particular stock items, some shops gained. A great shop is the Dorgeshuun Weapons Shop where you can buy a Dorgeshuun Xbow for 2k, and infinite bone bolts for 4gp. In my opinion, they are very nice to train range with. :

Range
I would stay at the minotaurs until 40 range, then head to hill giants and bank big bones/limps for cash. I made 6M on my pure getting 70 range like this, on F2P. :

Skilling Suggestions? Get excited!
When you get bored of fletching, magic, and runecrafting, maybe take of hunter... It is decent cash, or can be used for your ranging. Also, 83 is quite useful for dragon implings. (Dragon darts/arrow tips) Range, fletching, and hunter go hand-in-hand. : Also, it is a pretty easy skill to raise, once you get the hang of it. So that is another positive factor.

Agility's effect on the energy recover rate
Mine is only 60 and I notice a huge difference from this account vs. my F2P skiller.. and my skiller doesn't even wear any armour. I'd say it is definitely worth raising to 70+ , but 50-60 is great for someone as new to members as yourself. (I think you are new..?)

State of the abyss atm?
From what my friends tell me they are not running into many rc pkers. They are central time, and come on at about 8PM, if that helps at all. I would say nature rcing in the abyss is quite effective at the moment.

should I move to black demons
Mossies or Fire Giants are quite good, but do not go to Black Demons or any type of Dragon.

How should I make money as a f2p
Mining - Iron - Coal - Clay and making into soft clay. If mining doesn't suit you, then maybe collecting big bones and limpwurt roots from Hill Giants will.

Faster Range exp
No, your level does not effect what the cannon hits. That is why it is a popular 1-40 range training device for beginner pures. Personally, I despise it. Considering your ammo I would suggest training on either Fire Giants at the Waterfall, or Ogres at the King Lathas Training Ground. The fire giants have much more enjoyable drops, but can hit you back if you wander from your safespot while they are aggressive (max 11). The ogres are caged, so they can not hit you, but they only drop seeds (aside from big bones), and even the seeds are a seldom drop. I definitely prefer fire giants myself, but it is your decision. I would suggest testing out both for a day each and seeing which you prefer. Hope to see you at the Fire Giants in W99. :

Good Undead Training Places
Well, ankou worked quite well for myself, with 45 defence. I just took 20 lobs, my glory, and the odd time some bones to peaches spells. I did not go there until 80+ strength, but when I went the trips were profitable, even though it was 20 lobs per trip. I would suggest training slayer (with a black mask if you can afford (400-500k)), until you reach either higher combat stats, or level 60 for aberrant spectres. Personally, I find Aberrant Spectres much more difficult than Ankou, but that's just my opinion.

Zamorak Brew
As far as I am aware, they do not restore prayer. I believe these are the rates at which the Zamorak Brew increases/decreases stats: -10% Hits -10% Defence +15% Strength +20% Attack EDIT: If they do restore prayer, they are still not as effective as prayer potions, which restore prayer by around 33%

Good Way To Get Dragon Bones?
I would suggest killing Green Dragons. If you have 70 agility, Blue Dragons are safer, and their hides are worth more. If you do not have 70 agility, stick with Green Dragons.

How to make money?
Mining iron ore and coal is the most effective way for a level 3 F2P'er to make cash, in my opinion. Have fun. :D
-
can i halberd aviansies?
Also, it seems more efficient to range them, than to mage them.
-
mith bolts
Mithril bolts would be slightly faster, but mithril bolts are not worth the extra cost. Use the Dorge Bow, darts, or knives for efficient xp. At higher range levels the Dorge Bow really seems to shine.
-
Fire giant ranged exp/hour
Well, I use bone bolts and get over 40k xp per hour, although my range is quite a bit higher. If you want faster xp, you'll have to spend more than 4gp per shot, to put it simply. Use iron knives, or darts for faster xp, although it will be more costly. The same goes for high level bolts, arrows, or even chinchompas. They are faster xp, but will cost more.

Assist System?
It also doesn't work for entering guilds, just to make that clear as well. :)

Best usage of kwarm herbs
Since he was growing kwuarms, I presumed he was growing limpwurt roots as well in his flower patches.

Skilling help
Fishing/Cooking, Woodcutting/Firemaking/Fletching, Hunter. I would say these are your 5 best options for non-combat skill training as far as cheap and fast skills go. Woodcutting and Fishing take a decent amount of time, but easily fuel much faster skills. Hunter in itself is a great skill, but doesn't pay off until higher levels, when catching red chinchompas is more effective.

Sea Snakes??
I personally would head to Burthope and change the task. In my opinion they are not worth the effort to fight. Change your task, and hope the next one is better (bloodvelds/fire giants).

Iron darts on blue drags
Darts would work, but I find both knives and darts ineffective on dragons due to the high loss rate.
-
Fire Giants
Simply range fire giants at the Waterfall, which is open for use during/after the Waterfall quest. I would suggest you do not waste money on range pots. Just be sure to have a decent range bonus, high alchs, a 1-click telly, a chisel, and some food just in case. I wouldn't expect many dragon drops, but rune drops + key halves are quite common. I usually get 3 rune drops (excluding arrows, javs, spears), and 2 key halves per inventory. You will also stock up nicely on high level herbs, fire runes, blood runes, chaos runes, and rune arrows. The chisel is a must for cutting gem drops, and the high alchs for mith square shield, and fire battle staffs (use 'assist' if you can't high alch or cut gem drops). I hope to see you there. :

My last topic 99 hunter i promisse!
I would say 1-2 months at around 3 hours per day. Hunting chinchompas definitely speeds up after 80, and then again somewhere in the 90s. Good luck with 99 Hunter. :D

Woodcutting question
On F2P I would suggest the Draynor willows. On P2P I would suggest the Barberian Assult willows. Good luck with 99 woodcutting. :

best skill of mine to invest 3m
I would suggest Hunter or Herblore. With hunter you will probably only have to invest 10k maximum. Herblore is useful at higher levels. Another option would be to invest in ranging. Just buy some ranging equipment, and head to fire giants. The drops are quite good, and the xp is great as well. At higher range levels this will open up other possibilities such as the God Wars Dungeon, which is a great area to make cash, expecially if your herblore is high enough to provide your own potions. :
