I would suggest: Helmet- Neitznot Helm > Fremmy Helm > Dragon Med/Full Helm Ammy- Fury > Glory > Other Body- Fighter Torso > Dragon Chain > Granite/Rune plate Legs- Dragon Legs > Granite/Rune Legs Shield- Rune Defender/Obsidian Shield > God Book Boots- Dragon Boots > Rune Boots > Climbing Boots Gloves- Barrows Gloves > Dragon Gloves > Rune Gloves Cape- Fire Cape > Obby Cape/Skill Cape > Legends Cape As for training, I would suggest: Slayer with a black mask Ankou with a Salve/Salve (e) Ammy Mossies with a D-scim Fire Giants with a D-Hally Cyclops to stock up on Rune Defenders

I suggest just enchanting. I myself would buy the cosmics, get the levels, and then use my best money-making methods after, considering all the time I saved my not rcing the cosmics, or using the other areas of the MTA.

I suggest against training on black dragons. Ogres, Greaters, and Fire Giants are all better choices, and will be much faster xp. I hope you think it over carefully.

Due to your forbidden list, there aren't many choices for monsters that drop singluar items worth 1m+. I would suggest either fire giants, ankou, or slayer tasks for your training. They would probably be among the best drops/xp you could get with your current stats.

These are some possible stat sets, and have been entered with your current prayer of 45. As you can see, with 99 range, you would be ranged based. The special uses 50% of your special bar. It is a minimum of 10 HP regained, and 5 Prayer regained, per special, provided the special attack hits your opponent.

You report them just the same as if it was a public chat report. Just click the report abuse button, and enter the exact username of the offender. Then select which rule has been broken by that player.

Well, the way I see it.. If my parents do/did not want me to do something such as play a particular game, or go somewhere, then they would be good parents, and not let me do that. Some people feel it is hard to "watch" your children, but if you teach them particular values while they are still children, they will understand and respect you. I can not see how a parent is unable to "watch" a 5-year old child, and prevent him/her from playing games with "killing" and "profanity".. This seems similar to the people who buy Grand Theft Auto for their children, and then harp that it is a sadistic game, and should be banned. There is an 18+ rating on that game for a reason, parents. If gaming-stores are selling it to underage children, complain about them, not the game itself, which is adult-oriented.

Fireranger, pay-by-phone is instant as well. :roll: In fact, it is faster than a ccard + paypal.

5 years probably seems like ages to a younger person, as that is over 1/3 of their life so far. To an older person, it may seem to go by in the blink of an eye. As for that screenshot, it looks a lot like Graardor.... on steroids. The graphics in that shot seem a lot nicer than he actually looks. :mrgreen:

Well, I live in Manitoba, and I used to use Pay-by-Phone. If your parents have certain numbers blocked (usually to avoid telemarketers) then it will not work. I had to use my fax line for this reason. Also, if your parents are unaware of the call on the phone bill, and refuse to pay for this seemingly unfarmilar call, then your Runescape account will be suspended until you pay. I found pay-by-phone to be too expensive, so I started to use a credit card, which works so much more efficiently, and saves me money. Hope you can get members. :

I am quite sure while wearing Varrock armour you can recieve an extra ore when you are mining a ore deposit. This would mean faster xp per hour. In my opinion, granite is the fastest, but rather annoying without the Lunar Magicks spell, Humidity. If you do not have the spell, then stick with power-mining iron ores. I like the Al Kaharid mines myself, but I might just be living in the past, mining in F2P areas. :roll: Have fun. :)

They are good, though probably not as fast as the Barberian Assult willows, since you can deposit right inside the outpost.

You are to stay out of the field of vision, although, I am unsure how large that is. I just read the quest guide, and that is what it states. Rat Catchers Quest Guide

I apologize for the others who can not, or choose not to do so themselves, as they are getting off topic, and asking questions that she may not want you to answer. I am unsure of any way this could be a bug. I do believe I know what happened, but I can not be sure. If she removed the shield, and allowed them to attack her a few times, then that would explain the problem, as this is what the Tipit Bestiary says about the Cockatrice: You must have 25 Slayer to kill this monster. You must have a Mirror shield equipped, which requires 25 slayer and 20 defence. If you do not, it will drastically lower your combat stats and do massive damage over and over. These are an excellent source for limpwurt roots. Meaning, if she removed the shield, or had forgotten to wield it at the beginning, and allowed the Cockatrice to hit her even a few times, her stats would have lowered. Then when she put the shield on, or back on, she would no longer be victim of their stat lowering abilities. This would/could be why she was hitting 1-7 on the Cockatrice, regardless of her combat level. I hope that helped some. I could suggest now going back there, with a mirror shield equipped (not saying she wasn't wearing one), and attempt to kill them. If they are unable to hit her without the mirror shield on, her stats will not lower, and low hits should not occur. If it still happens, post back here, and I will check it out. Then we can contemplate whether or not to send a bug report. I hope I am right, as bugs can be quite annoying. I will probably see you on 'Lightning' when I come online, so you can tell me there whether or not it worked. :)

Black dragons would be nicer considering the chance of a visage drop, but at 80 range, I feel blue dragons would be much more effective. If you have 70 agility, I would suggest sticking with blues for the time being. At 90 range and 80 agility, you could do very well at the black dragons. You can even start now, but it will be much slower, and you will lose many more bolts. Good luck with whatever you choose. :

It depends on the strength bonus.. I can probably hit more, seeing as I don't max my bonus, but I hit 40+ easily with the d-mace special (99 strength). :

Hobgoblins, or Hill Giants are good options. I would go with Hill Giants because of the big bones, meaning either more prayer xp, or more cash. They also seem quite a bit easier to kill, in my opinion.

The shields's recharges do effect the bow's recharge price.
