The only way to avoid the reward is to avoid killing Elvarg, meaning you can not finish they quest without getting the xp reward. Sorry.

I believe the black mask has to be charged for this to occur, and the chances of it happening are slim. The mask will have a number beside its name when charged. ie. Black Mask (7) The maximum number of charges per Black Mask is (10), and it cannot be recharged as far as anyone knows. Good luck with your KQ runs. Hope you get a d-chain. :

Ok first go to Image Shack Next Browse and select your picture that you want hosted. Then where the drop-down menu is located with image resizing techniques, just pick the largest one, which I highlighted in this picture. "Host It" Now, from the list of urls, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and copy the very last code. I added a nice red border around it. : Now after you have selected your url, simply add the appropriate tags, and voila. They removed it due to spam by a few immature individuals. I am sure some of the mature and respectable comments will be considered, and hopefully put into action. As for your "mature" comment, I think most would rather recieve Kleenex. No sense being cheap. :roll:

There are still ways to make it better, and keep RWT down. Hopefully Jagex will consider some of these options.

It is in the updates on the main page. I believe it was posted just after the duel arena "update" and the Grand Exchange update. Read the Development Diary. Also, I believe summoning will be an ok skill, but probably for the rich, or experienced. Java will undoubtly be able to handle it, otherwise it would not be released. There may be lag for the first day, but that will probably be it.

If you put a rune pickaxe or woodcutting axe in your inventory, and you have the required level to use it, it will still work. It does not need to be in your hand. I didn't really understand this, but it seemed you were concerned with getting melee xp by accident? I would suggest wielding a bow, without any arrows, and also turning your Auto-Retaliate to "off". :

I can do it with a Dorgeshuun x-bow and bone bolts, so I beleive you can. You may feel that you are losing bolts, but considering their price, you are actually making more profit than if you used Emerald tipped bolts. Just be sure not to forget your dragonfire shield, and try to maximize your range bonuses. :

There are no requirements to use them. Although, if you get a random, I believe that unlike the "real" cats, you will lose the Clockwork cat.

They are not worth the effort or cash. Save yourself the trouble, and change your task. :

I would use clockwork mice. Put 12 in your inventory, go to the top floor of the Varrock Church, or to the Zanaris tool shed, and start training. I forget the xp they give per, but I believe you get xp even if you fail to pick the mouse up when you click it. Just be prepared for a lot of clicking, and some decent xp. :

It probably said full set of rune (l). The (l) means legs, whereas (s) measn skirt, I believe. As was just said, you talk to the clerk, then click the set icon to put it into your inventory. Be sure to have enough space. :lol:

I will agree with 45-60k. The Grand Exchange might be the best place to buy, at the minimum price, or you could try the RSOF.

Well, I am a 45 defence pure, so.. I will suggest doing the following quests to raise your defence. Monkey Madness - Ability to wield Dragon Scimmy Fremmy Trials - Ability to wear Fremmy Helms Dragon Slayer - Ability to wear rune pl8 & dragonhide body Nature Spirit - Opens barrows gloves in RFD I was once a hybrid, but I find being a Zerker pure is a lot more fun. That is just my opinion. If I am missing any of the quests that give defence xp, and are required by a Zerker pure, please post them. Be sure to ask more questions, as you need them. Avoid getting your prayer high, early, and avoid passing the 45 defence limit. Always check what attack types the new weapons have. :

I would definitely suggest the Abyssal Whip. :

Fire Giants with bone bolts. Use the Barberian Outpost, or Fishing Guild for banking. Take high alchs and a chisel. Have fun, I hope to see you there. W99.

In my experience, apologizing works.. or blaming the other person. :roll: While playing on a different account of mine, a player asked me the url for a site. This was a common and trusting site, but he reported me nonetheless for saying a web address. After he said "reported" I reported him for Attempting to get other players to break the rules ( I forget which rule that is). Jagex gave me 0.5 black marks, I apologized, and stated how the other player convinced me to say that.. infact, it was in the evidence. They removed my 0.5 black marks, and that account is presently at 0. My only offence ever commited on any account. :-w

I thought firing them gave some crafting xp as well.. If it doesn't, and you find it slow.. drop them. :)
