The only one that's useful out of the three is the shieldbow tbh. We already got a t90 staff and a t90 melee main-hand, only the shieldbow fills that void. I believe the point was to provide an option between t80 and t90 that is easier to get than the POP options. Those effectively fit the role, or at least will whenever someone actually gets them. I have seen people say that you can use t90 arrows to get full t85 damage. Well 2/3 or whatever of t85 damage, because shieldbow.

Am I missing something or are 2/3 of these weapons useless? The whip has no off-hand and the bow is a shieldbow.

How are signs of respite not useless? If they are more expensive than the saved value, no one will use them. If they are cheaper, no one will buy them. Jagex might as well just convert every in game sign to coins and then remove them.

Anyone think that there's any chance of normal familiars ever getting a way to act aggressively like these new ones? It'd be great if having the new drops in your inventory/pocket made a steel titan for example go rampaging on everything.

Apparently the first elf killed after today dropped an attuned weapon seed. I didn't see it, so that sucks, but oh well. About how long does it take to get them normally? I was assuming that Cadarn rangers or mages would be best, because I have T90 range/melee and T80 mage. Is that right? Also should I wait for an elf task to pop up?

Do you simply drop corrupted ore? There are of course faster methods, but unless the ore is discarded, increasing the speed at which it is smelted is beneficial. The degree to which it is beneficial is what I'm looking for. This is what I was considering, but I would like to see it actually tested. I'll have to wait for more dust to come in, to do it my self or I might just extrapolate based on 12.5% increase from a normal dragon pick if needed. To everyone else, are these assumptions or tested? We know that crystal picks are faster at mining. The question is if that speed can offset smelting 25% less ore. All that is irrelevant of course if you drop the ore.

In my opinion the 2 levels from supreme isn't worth the hassle for tasks now that levels barely mean anything compared to the inventory space/click saved with just holy compared to supreme+renewal unless you want to add in the ppot and antipoison doses with supreme salve.

Has anyone tested whether a crystal or imcando pick is faster overall mining+smithing xp with seren stones? The easiest way to test the speed I think would be to see how long it takes to mine+smelt, say, 200 corrupted ore (30k smith xp) with crystal vs how long it takes to get and smelt 150 ore with imcando (assuming 1/4th incinerated).

What should I use death touched darts on? I have 6 total, and I don't play much, but I saw that apparently they will disappear if I don't use them soon. Last time it was easy and Nex was the obvious answer, but now they've added several bosses that I have no useful knowledge of.

Legacy hexhunter seems significantly better than revolution saggy short at 99 range with all but the last tier of both ring settings unlocked on all monsters.

Did this update make hexhunter at least as good as saggy short?

For anyone getting the fused helmet, make sure you remove scrolls before upgrading or else they will be lost. Also know that the "kill-left" right click option while wearing the helmet is lost if you charge it with scrolls after upgrading.

The main update with offhand level 75 weapon with a level 80 requirement are pretty much irrelevant, but... "Ability queuing has been altered to fire abilities at the same rate as Full Manual." sounds great if it means less auto attacks with revolution.

I can't imagine the 3% crit from MA rings is better than 4% damage, and I'm not really worried about xp. If you drygore+turmoil the pigs you can usually just ignore their spec, but that was a ridiculous design. They should have just made any threshold interrupt it instead of randomly picking ones that are completely different between the styles and non-existant for mage.

When you fuse ferocious rings to the helm, does the damage boost and ROL effect get added to the helm in addition to the teles?

I had the similar problem with reverting to full manual. I fixed it by switching to momentum, closing the menu, and then reopening it and changing to revolution.

Is it just Nihils or are other familiars better? I really hope they brought this back to everything. I remember sometime close to either the release of EOC or in the beta that all familiars actually fought competently like this (their damage also contributed to soul split heals).

13th August 2010 was roughly 4 years ago. This is the 4 years ago that I was referring to. This driver version is slightly older than the version that came installed with the laptop. My questions was "what is the right way to go about updating a 4 year old graphics card driver?" My conclusion before posting was that I had done something wrong. If this was not the case, then the answer to the question is "you can't."

I have a HP dv7 4060-us running 64 bit Windows 7 and dxdiag tells me that my graphics card is ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650. On HP's site for my laptop the most recent graphics driver available is actually somehow older than the one that came installed with my laptop. I tried downloading and installing the newest version from the AMD site. Luckily I made a system restore backup before trying this, because after installation my screen was constantly shaking. I uninstalled everything and system restored back to everything normal. I am assuming I did something wrong here, so what is the right way to go about updating a 4 year old graphics card driver?

I'm not sure what you mean by "mode." I play with the client instead of the standard browser version if that's what you mean.
