Once i was able to thieve from fish stalls i did, go to Miscellania and thieve from that stall, you can position yourself just north of the stall, and leave the two doors open, eventually the guards will end up inside those buildings and you can shut the doors, then the only person you need to worrie about is the owner, and hes not a problem.

I made a map of RS for my GIS class project, took me 20 hours to complete, used the Jagex mag (shhh i didnt ask) then maped out all the important things like banks trasnportation, quest start locations, almost everything that is on the tip.it map and more. So you could then query the file and say what is the closest lobster fishing area to a bank. It was very cool, took a very long time, but you would need ArcMap to be able to read it. I also proposed a bank in limbridge, right before they put in the culimancers chest, and my bank was just north of the castle, so it was cool to see that they put one in close to where i suggested in my class.

iv heard from reliable sources its not illegal, it gives no adcantages, it is like having more than one IE window open at a time. It dosnt change anything in the game, simply allows you to access available information outside of the game itself.

best way to raise combat for you might be slayer assingments, you wil get slayer xp and raise your combat, or just go to PC and do that. For the other skills i would start by rasing the lowest skills up. for herblore you just need to go and kill chaos druids for herbs and you will get levels in no time. Agility is a good one to get early. the best thing you have going is that you will get levels really quickly because they are so low.

with getting 99 smithing you could get your magic way up to by high alching everything, but getting 70 in everything is very impressive, im all about total level vs a few high levels.

that makes sense, more lucrative too, if you get bored you can always switch.

currently there are two ways of leveling without spending money, the first is making prayer pots, but ranarrs for like 6.5k and sell the pots for 6.8 and you will sell them easily, the other, which i have not tried, is making those new magic essence pots, because its easy to get the flower and the claws are not difficult to obtain, they are a high drop rate. Of course you cant sell those, so you will have an enormous amount of them in your bank. Or you could just empty them out each time you make them, refill them with water and you will never have to buy more vials, this is the method i am considering. you must have completed Fairytale II.

iv heard if you cut like 4k at a time you dont really see a difference, but if you cut 10k or more at a time then you do see a difference. I have also heard the 15% figure.

monkfish are the best fishing xp anyways, you will be doing that quest eventually anyways.

you can fake being better than 126 by potting. bit your actual combat is always going to be 126

99 and 66 are laws, i have no idea about nats.

larders are good, and you only need to have a cook, because you cant make more than 2 in the time it takes her to bring them to you Also, she brings 16 at a time, thats exactly 2 larders...she is only 3k gp and it works very well, thats what i have been using to get to 50.

i just recently did 60-70 range at pest control, went very fast for me, i hate range and i started at fire giants and that was going to slowly, so i decided to try pest control for the first time, it went very fast, save up to 100 and turn them in, do that 5 times and you might be there.

I had the idea to do somthing like this with an event team once, no one wanted to take the time to do it, and im not about to do it by myself, im glad someone took the time and effort to do it, thanks.

Id like to say all quest, but i am able to do all quests, and i wouldnt say im even a good player, i would have to say something like 99 slayer, hopfully it would have good stats. And i wonder if you lose your all quests cape untill you beat the new one? I would also like to see, agility, herblore, thieving, and farming.

by my calculations, if the 75% things is correct, im unsure on it, you would need to cast 48,866 level 6 enchants from your current level to get to 94.

Im doing the same, i started at 60 range and am now at 67 as seen in sig, im doing it at pest control, so i can get melee xp as well.

132 always has people as well, sometimes is good sometimes its not, everyone seems to know about it, i try and pair up with higher players and find another world from there.
