Just the f2p skills, not the p2p ones or the quest one. In the last year before the stronghold jagex completely ignored f2p (which Im ok with). But recently f2p's been getting quite a few updates(compared to normal) and Im even thinking of being a member.

 

 

 

Anyway, who thinks the capes might be f2p? Its even harder to get a 99 in f2p so why not? Just add your answer and say why.

Also just in case for the mods, this is more of a discussion than a question so I put it here.

I'm hoping that it will be, the f2pers do need some encouragment to reach a 99 in a skill, since they do have to work harder with the less materials they have than p2pers.

Definitly. Only thing is, there aren't many F2P high levels with skills to 99. If you can name 100, good luck :wink:

I reckon they will be F2p because the main purpose off the capes is to show that you have a 99 skill. So this could be a f2p skill like Mining or Fishing.

Knowing Jagex, they will probally be P2P only to force the 99'ers in F2P to get members. And then there's the mention of it being in POHs.

i hope so... i do realy want a 99 cooking cape (16000 lobs to go...)

I think they should be f2p as well. gettin any 99 stat is respectable enough, but with the lack of areas to train in gettin a 99 stat in f2p is a LOT harder, so i think f2p should have these capes too

that will make my (96/) 99 fletching so much more satisfying \ :XD: :ohnoes: \ \ , though i am quite aware that 99 fletching is the second easiest 99 in the game.
