October 3, 200619 yr I think F2p deserves them since getting any 99 in f2p is harder, BUT I dont think they will be F2p. 1. The capes will give bonuses. F2p basically gets nothing with a bonus aside from ammys and weapons. though it is possible 2. Members attractiveness. October 3, 200619 yr no , probably get it from somewhere in p2p. And it is storeable in POH, so probably not... I think f2p are getting way too many updates, i mean sure, we get it to, but still. jagex is trying to get more members, as always

But one problem for me is that if I get 99 skills in everything, (just watch) I would have a hard time keeping all those capes in my bank. October 3, 200619 yr No, probably not. These capes are not about respect for the amount of work and dedication put into the skill. They are about adding another goal to the game and another reason for people to goin members. That is according to JAGeX offcourse. For all other players, the capes do represent respect. But it's Jagex that's going to implement them. :)

I think maybe rs may have stopped being the cool game among the 10-year-olds \ and they're trying to add more to the game to bring them back, because yes, even f2p can generate revenue if enough people show up on each server. October 3, 200619 yr F2P can get 99 in a skill too, so I don't see why it would be P2P only :| Yea and f2p can also get to lvl 60 attack doesnt mean they can use dragon armour. Most ppl's reasoning for y f2p's should get the capes is cause its harder for them. Last time i check the ppl jagex look after arent those that use the services they provide for years with out giving anything back, its the members that are paying there wages that they look after. I personally think that f2p's with 99 in skills really dont look like they are gonna b becoming a member so jagex wont give them capes. However i would like them to Summary: if i were jagex i wudnt give f2p capes. If i were me (whop i am) i would give f2p capes.
October 4, 200619 yr rather than seeing this as an update, see it as a reward for all those people who have managed to get 99 in a skill. now ask yourself, why should a f2per who has put in that much effort (with significantly limited training options) not receive the cape?

October 4, 200619 yr i really hope they are f2p because i can get the range cape and cooking cape :D worked very hard to get those 2 99s (i m pure f2p) btw some1 askedif it was possible to name 100 f2pers with a lvl 99 its easy look to the f2p high scores rsname: lord rex.december 2011: ranked 107th best f2p playermarch 2012 became member.
