October 4, 200619 yr i would guess they are for f2p. jagex aren't as stupid as i think they are, and they know that few people have 99 skills in f2p. more importantly however, is if an f2p person sees somone with a skill cape, it will make them want one aswell. if somone is going for a skill cape, its a lot easier to get it on p2p, so they might subscribe. its not like people are going to unsubscribe just from nice looking capes.
October 4, 200619 yr Basically everyone here is guessing, but considering that nonmembers have 15 skills, and only 40 something bank spaces, and no house, where would someone like mendark 9 keep his capes? It's not going to happen for f2p IMO, but I think there might be an uprise if they're not, so who knows? Drops: Barrows: 60+ DK: 4... Dragon: 60+ Whips: 2... GWD: 0...ouch!Main Goal: 2000 total with no 99's

October 5, 200619 yr I'd say no for f2p. OFF TOPIC: Are there going to be capes for a 99 in combat-related stats also? Anyways, I'll have a cape when I'm 94 mage because I should have 99 fletching by then. Also my WC level is 87, so I might train it to 99 in the not-so-far future. So that's like 2 or 3 stats real close to 99? A 99 Magic cape would make me feared in the wild, and it's fun to have your prey run for their lives as soon as you barrage them, or blitz in my current circumstance. I think f2p are getting way too many updates, i mean sure, we get it to, but still. jagex is trying to get more members, as always possibly the funniest thing I've ever heard. God damn those f2p, they get way too many updates! this made me laugh irl. If the capes are members, it's like saying, yeah, u f2p'ers have done well to get 99 in this skill in harder conditions, but, you know, these others guys pay us so we won't bother to give you any recognition for your effort. 98% of all people are acctually crocodiles in disguise. They might be F2P or P2P, I don't care. They look like they are gonna be F2P, since a ton of high lvl f2p'ers would quit because work hard for a pretty darn hard skill like prayer or killing themselves 1bil times to get 99 Strength or even running away like a headless duck on the wildy, running from PKers who want your shiny cool Runite ore. F2P'ers are more adventurous and patient than P2P'ers, since it's harder for us, who need to go to wildy get the darn Runite, adventuring deep on Varrock sewers for Red Spider's Eggs or Moss Giants, running to Falador and Karamja all of the time for Lobsters and what more. Members have more Runites mines (Only 1 I think lol, under Hero's Guild), a bank on Karamja and simply cutting the Moss Giants to pieces with your nice Dragon Battle Axe. We are gonna get the capes, F2P'ers! Probably...

October 5, 200619 yr maybe, if the bonus is good, or okay, then more people would be tempted to get members, most f2p really should get members if they CAN. only 5.00 at least in USA. 12 months = 60 dollars a year, tiny. anyone can get money... the only excuse is living somewhere there is no mail order.
