where exactly is the woodland area? i know it says northwest of gnome stronghold, but theres not really any land up there

Can anyone explain to me how to start hunting? I havent played for a couple months and i see that hunting is a new skill, how should i start it, and is there any rewards from it?

Nice artical. I started right after the pking whereever you want thing was taken out, so i dont know what that was like. He is definatley right about the community though, and how much funner pking was, back then at most you only needed 2-3 friends to come with you, nowadays people have groups of 30 people. Staking was also alot better back then Exactly, i dont know why jagex thinks they are making the game better by updating it every week, if someone wants to take a couple months off they come back and theres 3 new sets of armor and 13 quests for them to do. I remember i quit a while ago and when i came back i saw people in barrows armor, skeletal armor, robin hood hats etc. which i have never seen before, imagine how i felt

Yes. Its very over powered. And all you people who say "just wear hides, then its easy" you are wrong. I remember i was walking back from green dragons and i had black dhide, wep, glory, and anti shield with like 6 or 7 lobbys left. A mage came, barraged me, hit in the high 20s and i ate a lob and put protect from mage on. Now even with hides, protect from mage, and food i couldnt get out of lvl 3 wildy alive. Explain to me how thats not over powered

Well this is how mine went, bronze-addy was lucky bronze- about 50 tokens iron- about 90 black - 10 tokens mith- around 80 addy- 3rd ogre rune- about 1k tokens :shock:

Other then the forums i dont use tipit much either, because once during a quest i was stuck for about 40 minutes on it just because tipit left out a minor thing to do, and runehqs guide had it and their quest guide tells you just what to do, tipits seems to type out everything about the quest

You have it easy.. I have school, then football, then i usually play madden and go outside and play bball and football with my friends. Theres like no time for runescape, but most of the time you should be able to easily get your schoolwork done and then play, dont tell me you need from 3-9 to study and stuff, if you really wana do both i dont see why you couldnt get like 3 hours a day on runescape..

Ah this is the reason why i hate quests and i have 44 qps.. the guides never tell you exactly what to do, the one on tipit for fremnick is totally wrong. i did everything it says but yet he wont give me anything

in the fremnick trails quest im stuck at the point where you get the lyre and make a unstrung lyre and you have to talk to that guy infront of the long hall and hes supposed to give you a pet rock but he doesnt give me anything when i talk to him. What should i do?

Its funny how you guys act like you are all the best pkers in the world, you always say how someone tries to pk you and you like 3 hit them every time, when im sure some of you never even went back. I dont rc pk or rc, but it seems kindve nooby to rc pker just like arrow stealing, but dont complain about it because its the wildy. And like i said i dont rc pk but i wouldnt mind getting 150k a kill when they dont fight back, most of the time you fight pures that protect their 1 item anyway so 150k is actually a pretty good kill..

Take defence down 60 and put 30 into magic. So i would have 81 str, 75 attack, 10 def, 96 magic, 80 range. With a week or 2 of work could be a godly pker
