I think it is from the quest "In aid of myreque" but what about those black nails you get. Obviously you can not smith black bars so maybe these are quite rare. Shall I get a pic to show you later?

Someone could purposely die in the Nature Altar, then use Visitation and Camelot Tele or Draynor tele to make Nature crafting faster, yes it uses up more runes but would be a lot faster. This would affect the economy, so maybe rethink Visitation, rest are fine.

They would be worth atleast 6-8 Mill but will then keep going down because people will always keep getting more capes to sell. Then you will see a lot more people with these capes that the prices will drop. I am glad that they will never become tradeable. I may not have a cape yet, but the cape symbolises a good RS player 8-)
