It does seem like a nice idea for a new skill. The timing for the release is important because theoretically, it will come out during half term - a time when students are off school for a week. However, I don't want a new skill to be released, because it will distract me from my other goals! :XD:

I think one of Jagex's main aims for RS is so that you have to be a high level (skills and combat) in order to take part and enjoy in all the elements of RuneScape. Jagex do not really like the idea of Pures and skillers etc because they only concentrate on one aspect of the game. I guess Jagex could not have a Cb requirement for this quest, but even then apparently the quest's final battle is hard so would a 85 Combat person be able to do the quest anyway. Personally I have not done the quest yet but from what I heard, the final battle is challenging, even for 100+.

For those thinking about using tele-block then barrage, couldn't you switch to Normal spell book, you tele-block, then do spell again to switch to normal spell book and use snare so that now they cannot tele or move for 10 seconds. Then switch to Anicents and use barrage? Even if it is possible, still seems quite expensive for the runes used in total and time taken switching spells etc. New quest looks very good, however if final boss looks difficult and with many people collecting goutweed I think I'll do the Quest during the weekend.

Well I wont be on RS for a few weeks if I go away abroad for vacation. But then once I'm back I'm always eager to see the new updates :anxious: My holiday doesn't start until end of July, plus first few days I'll be reading the new HP book :D Plus will be seeing friends a lot :D Don't think rares will be affected much, they will rise a little bit during the summer but thats it.

Keep going \ Hope you level up soon :D

I wonder if Jagex will enable us a way to find out how many hours/days we've been ingame. :-k I hope they give us another update on the whole issue to see if they are keeping up with the bannings.
