They can't, all they can do is try their best to know what your doing. Thats why lots of people got banned unfairly. I do recall that one great staker on RSC had an achievment blog that he kept and updated with his stakes and goals and such. One day he said something like "I was having a great day staking... It was my friends b-day so i gave him some of my winnings (like a pumkin and some other things I can't remember). Then later that day I was banned for Real life trading." I would get the topic that had all the info on it, but RSC had their achievments board wiped awile ago and the topic got delieted. Ontopic: I think that they have backup system that takes all the memory of people every once and awile. Thats for when we have roll-backs for glitches and things.

Its actually not hard at all. Just most people (me inclouded) are nervous when they get to jad and mess up on the prayer switches. Getting to jad on a scale of 1 - 10 (1 being easest, 10 being hardest) would rate maybe a 6. Jad would be a 10. Once you have read muggi's guide, its not hard at all to get to jad.

Im not sure about the sara god sword.... But i am sure that you need full guthans to heal you. And when you hit, sometimes it will do it speical (healing) which will give u the ammount of hp that you hit. So if you hit a 10 and its the special, then you will gain 10hp.

It just means that Jagex updated the URL code of the Hiscores. (or something to that matter) Tip.it has great tech people that fix it fast. DOnt worry, if they know about it then it will be dont in a few days.
