What the heck are you talking about? Light doesnt change speed *period*. Its a constant... the CONSTANT speed of light. The only other explanation for travelling FASTER than the speed of light was something to do with a light wave being "slingshot"'d around itself and catching up with the front of the wave, therefore travelling faster but that was extremly complicated and im not explaining it. And all this stuff about earths rotation affecting the speed of light is junk.. thats just getting into frames of references and time/length/mass dialation.

Lol and to think we were talking about this in physics the other day. To all the people who think travelling back in time is possible you cannot be more wrong. As trapical said it is 100% not possible to go BACK in time. Do you want proof? Well out of the billions of billions of years life will go on wouldnt someone have already come back by now ;)?

Playing Doom 3 at like 2 am. I was walking through a level and there are these dark squares on the walls that can be vents, however most of the time they're just slight inclines in the wall. I got extremly sick of shining my torch on the wall and the one time i didnt i heard something, shined the torch on the wall and there was a horrible grey thing crawling out of a hidden air vent. I actually screamed.

Mine are like these cept white and black not brown. Not real comfy tho :S.

Back when i didnt have endless hours of study to do i used to play insane amounts of guitar, with and without friends. Good fun that was.

Thats incredibly interesting. If i had to guess, id say that blind people DO see in their dreams. Apparently dreaming is your brain being stimulated (and i assume this includes your visual part so it has nothing to do with optic nerves and whatnot). However, a blind person wouldnt know how to interpret it, so i dont think they'd have any recollection of a visual aspect of a dream. They'd have a dream (to us it would just be colours and shapes i suppose), but they wouldnt remember it. Just a hypothesis, but i think it would make sense. Id love to ask a blind person about this now lol.

I can dislocate my left thumb. I can also stick the part of my chest thats just below my ribcage out almost 8 cm's, so it looks like an alien is bursting out. Thats probably the weirdest thing i can do, i only know one other person who can do it and thats my cousin lol. Oh, i also have one normal and one hitch hiker thumb (where the top part bends backwards). Only person i know of with that situation too.

Yeah make up some good questions to ask so there arent any awkward silences. Just remember not to ask boring questions that they've probably been asked 1000 times.

I see your point Lion. I mean don't get me wrong, I love bacon as much as the next guy but my experience with fast food bacon is that its usually greasy, undercooked and low quality. I only like bacon when its crispy and the bacon you get from fast food shops could probably be used as a bungee cord.

Surprised no ones said Frozen Coke yet, its fantastic. I had a huge addiction to it a while ago, but i got over it once winter started and i almost got hypothermia walking home drinking one. My fav drink is probably Pepsi Max though, its goooood stuff.

Once you have one good gig you're confidence will by sky high. Also what Bubsa said about just feeling the music is SO important. Its what i do every time i play, just get lost in the music and everything else will disappear.

Ive been playing guitar for 11 years. Used to be into rock (ac/dc etc.) but now i verge on more acoustic stuff like Tommy Emmanuel, Andy Mckee, Don Ross and stuff. Im also hooked on A7X and Billy Talent atm. Ill play anything that catches my fancy but i tend to shy away from shredding as its pretty lame musically wise. Theres something about playing 4000 inaudible notes a minute that doesnt appeal to me.

Zacky Vengeance is probably the best I've seen so far. Lightening fast, can keep up with most lead guitarists anyday. I also like Ian D'sa from Billy Talent, he plays lead but very few solo's so i tent to call him more of a rhythm guitarist. Hes pretty talented, has some great riffs.
