Jagex mods can basically do anythign they want. Try writing anything in rs with a start of "::" it wont show up, this is how i believe they make their items.

in con, materials give the same amount of xp if it is the same material (making up these numbers) an oak plank gives 10xp if you make an oak chair which has three oak planks it will give you 30xp if you make a carved oak table which has four oak planks it will give you 40xp.... hope that makes sence

no your all wrong lol, that animation is the teleportaton (SP?) to the Dorgesh-Kaan city. you get it by trading two law runes and a molten glass to a guy there.
