  1. That wouldn't nesecarily be a NDE, although you were literally "near death". In a NDE, you have a concious feeling of being dead, and see a light at the end of a dark tunnel, feeling calm and happy, and then being awakened from death, in a sense, so near death that you were already dead. From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Near-death_experience what NDEs ussually include: A sense of being dead. An out-of-body experience. A sensation of floating above one's body and seeing the surrounding area. Pleasant feelings, calmness. A sense of overwhelming love and peace. A sensation of moving upwards through a tunnel or narrow passageway. Meeting deceased relatives or spiritual figures. Encountering a being of light, or a light (possibly a religious or divine figure). Being given a life review. Reaching a border or boundary. A feeling of being returned to the body, often accompanied by a reluctance.
  2. No, they're not drugs  . OBEs - Out of body experiences NDEs - Near Death Experiences The subject of these fascinate me. As one of my goals in life is to achieve an OBE, as there are several ways to try and induce it, simply put "trying to fall asleep without losing conciousness". Does anyone have any stories about these or have experienced one  ? Or any facts about them...
  3. I haven't even heard of my first 5.
  4. Places/Cities visited: Chicago, Illinios Miami, Florida Madison, Winsconsin Memphis, Tennessee New Orleans, Lousiana Palm Beach, Florida Orlando, Florida Tuscan, Arizona Pheonix, Arizona All of Maui (Hawai'i) Toronto,Canada Niagra Falls,Canada Montreal,Canada Riga,Latvia Warsaw,Germany And basically every city in Lithuania (I only listed some major cities that stuck out in my memory) And I speak English and Lithuanian, Lithuanian as my first Language, learning Spanish as my third in high school.
  5. Frankly, I think RPGs should have more rares like this, they make the game more fun and the items actually give you an advantage unlike discontinued,
  6. Born in/from Lithuania, live in the US. (you decide which one to put) Combat 92
  7. Quest items for Ogre city, I did up to the part that lets you in, and then stopped so I could finish a level 3 clue.
  8. You know what would be fun? A new quest that allowed you to use herrings with axes and then get 10% more logs that way. The axes would all look like herrings and the name would be "Rune Axe (H)" :XD: \
  9. So you can't even complete the quest? :ohnoes: Try reporting or contacting customer support.
  10. I sorta collect bottles in my school locker, from lunch and vending machines. Empty or not. I have 16 now, the top shelf of my locker is getting full so I don't think I'm going to be getting past 20... :( (most of them are propel bottles, 14/16)
  11. Well... Just a little (probably completely wrong) prediction... If they have to higher people to translate all the text, then maybe it will also be members only? :-k :-s
  12. Happy to say that I have none, on all of my accounts :D
  13. I don't think we need a world, we just need a better way of making teams. *glances at sig* :-w ...
  14. The keyboard looks like Macaronie and cheese  ... =P~ Have you tried focusing the light even more by using a magnifying glass? like this... 0 ----o======) The "0" is the object burning the "-" and "=" is the light the "o" is the magnfiying glass the ")" is the death ray I would think that either 1. You'd be able to burn things really easy like that 2. The Magnifying glass would just blacken.
  15. The name of the forum is called Assaulted, and I got the idea after seeing the success of Affliction. http://assaulted.999.org The purpose of this forum is for people to easily set up teams with people they'd want to play barbarian assault with. (I didn't plan on letting it out so early, so can anyone register and tell me what I can do to improve it/ wether or not you think it will suceed?)
  16. ^ exactly what the title says. The name of the forum is called Assaulted, and I got the idea after seeing the success of Affliction. http://assaulted.999.org The purpose of this forum is for people to easily set up teams with people they'd want to play barbarian assault with. I need one or two people to register and tell me their opinion if this forum would work successfully and what I can do to it before I advertise it as "open" on TIF. (If you do, post your opinion in "suggestions on the forum, or here, or pm, whatever.) EDIT: Sorry, link wasn't working. (This was reported, is it breaking any rule? :anxious: )
  17. Do you even bother to write or type it? Or do you just a z? People probably look at your name and go, 'ok, um, how do you pronounce the z with the funny sign above it?' :P Nah, I just american-ize it and use a regular Z, but sometimes when I hand in papers I'll put it on just for fun since it looks pretty cool. Except once, I did that on an essay and the english teacher just thought I was being silly and put it on for no reason.
  18. Yep, I know the z with the harcheck sound. I meant more like the ̢̮â¬Å¾Ã¢ââ¬Ã¦ ̢̮â¬Å¾Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ ̢̮â¬Â¦Ãâó ̢̮â¬Å¾Ã¢ââ‰â¬
  19. Filipino here too. But my surname is Spanish. Many Filipinos have spanish names/surnames because the Philippinnes were claimed by Ferdinand Magellan of Spain in 1521 and for 377 years it was under spanish rule. Edit:  Viktor Once when I was around 4 but I don't remember it, and recently in summer of 06, my cousins, Aunts, Uncles, and grandparents still live there, after a couple days there, I started recognizing words alot easier that I would see on billboards, street signs, menus, stuff like that. edit2: and "sveikas" can also be used for when you're introduced to someone, its a pretty ify word definition-wise because it can't translate into english words. edit3: Actually, I take that back, by real definition it technically means "healthy", and as for the weird characters "̢̮â¬Â¦Ãâþ" is in my last name. (It makes a combination of a Z and J sound, like a "zjhh")
  20. Viktorkrum77 Yep, it's my first language, but since the only contact with it that I've had has been vocal, I can't write it, and only read it somewhat.
  21. Born in Lithuania, 100% Lithuanian. Moved to Chicago around the age of 1.5
  22. Animal testing to see if a product is safe when applied correctly - good (not including stuff like stuffing shampoo into a rat's eyes to see if it'll effect them) Uneccesary animal testing - wrong ^ example: http://www.peta.org/feat-pom.asp < POM does animal testing :shame: for medicine - good
  23. I counted 250 colors, odd thing is, it said there was a red pizel somewhere but I couldn't find it.
  24. Vectorman on sega genesis. I totally love that game, to bad my genesis doesn't work anymore =( I remember getting extremely far into the game, near the final level, but I would always die on it.
