with the whole issue of multicombat zones, perhaps all the party members would operate as a single player in the way that even in a single combat area, all party members would be able to attack the same monster. i dunno. I 100% support, I've always been envious of other mmorpgs party systems. it would complete RS. *puts thingy in sig*

It allows you to teleport to edgeville dungeon and not risk your glories. :). Plus you could also use the ancient spells to seek revenge on those pesky PKers. :twisted:
