I find slayer a good way to fight boredom. It gives some diversity compared to whacking the same monster over and over for 10 combat level. Imo I suggest you get 70 defense so you can use barrows and have fun with the different sets. Though judging from your low money making stats, raising runecrafting, wcing yews wont hurt and just making money. With your different low stats you could work on I would find it pretty fun to get massive amounts of levels per day. Why might I ask is your reason for doing that quest? The rewards only contain about 5-6k hp experience and would add a few combat levels if your very low leveled. Sorry, but I have already completed the quest so I cannot help.

Well if you had a good inventory with a super set, sara brews and super restores then it might be possible. Though you would lose tons of money if you do that. Even some 120's have trouble doing one entire boss in 1 trip so it really goes down to your inventory, and how much it hits you.

Ahh correct, cakes are the best food to use because when your hp is low (keep at around -30) failing the obstacles will hit less damage, therefore saving you food. small tip, if you have a fighter torso I recommend using it as it weighs only 2-4kg and provides good defense against skeletons, yeah they really do pack a punch after a while.

Wilderness course is much faster experience, and at 52 im pretty sure you can use it. So far I have never gotten pked, nor attacked for that matter. Its pretty safe, just log off if you see 10 people in ahrims with smite on cross the bridge.

The higher slayer master you use the better. Higher master allows you to get more per task, and if you get good ones such as daggonoths, fire giants, ect. Personally I like duradel for his high numbers of monsters per assignment, and the route to get there is very easy.

Crystal seeds are sold in world 2 for about 150k-200k. If the ones for crystal bows\sheilds are the same as the saw, then you can buy it.

The workers (level 28) are not poisonous. Though I would recommend you either kill workers or burthrope (pretty annoying monster to kill if you ask me). Normal antiposions are fine, but you may need many more then the 3 super antis suggested, possibly 6 or more would be fine.

Damage inflicted during the game is exp reduced by half. Even though there are many monsters, power ranging other monsters outside of pc is much better.

The way I did it was by finding a random bone pile near the chute, whatever my inventory was I would gather half my inventory into bones (almost all the bones = 2 or more bananas), then cast the spell. The outside food idea is good, but I really didn't have trouble healing on the bananas themselves.

Short bow - Short range, shoots fast (most efficient) Long bow - very long range, shoots slower Comp bow - About same speed of long bow but arrows hit a bit harder Not entirely sure about comp bow though.
