What are the chances of a RuneScaper's parents (unless they are a parent) finding out about the age limit and sending Jagex an e-mail? I know the chances are maybe 1%, but still. 1. And I doubt anyone has been banned for being underage. If so, probably 4-15 players worldwide. 2. I don't think people are smart enough to think of that idea, but it is a good one to use if you really hate someone... (not saying I'm going to try it...)
