I also believe they were waiting for POH before adding clan support. Here is a speculation why: Currently, everybody is frustrated because you can only enter a house when the owner is there. This is how it should be, owners don't want you entering their house and using their hard earned guilded alter to get easy prayer exp, or to use your portals to cannifs for free, ect ect. However, with the introduction of clan support, you can enter the house of any member of the clan who is on your "clan section" of your friends list (or all the members can enter the house of the leader?) at anytime - whether or not they are there. . Clan members show up orange on your minimap, while friends continue green. This makes for a great place for clan meetings and events. Before POH is just wasn't possible to add much clan support... but now with POH, it is much likely.

Woah woah woah... calm down flammer. I put the :^o emote there so you'd know i was joking around. I have no idea if this is going to happen, I just have a hunch that is going to be comming very soon. I mean, they were suppose to put in clan support in 2005 the same year as POH (go read updates planned for 2005). It only makes sense (in my wierd little mind).

Jagex is messing with the system for their next big update, so currently the friendslist server is facing some capatibility issues with our version of runescape. What is the update that would require an overhaul of the friendslist? CLAN SUPPORT With the additions of POH, clan support is the next obvious step. Don't flame me if it doesn't come out, but I have a feeling it will be soon. My uncles friends former roommate works for jagex. :^o

I played a game called redmoon-online. The devs thought for christmas it would be funny to make a santa claus character. They were lvl 900+ and just walked around killed people going omg noobs, just die. He was basically invinsible, but he was like "if you kill me, you get a unique item". Needless to say, nobody killed him...
