I have a theory about randoms too... . . ... . they're random :shock: .

My sons and I are regularly logged in together (especially in the hols!), using the same sort of set up. No problems so far (ie in 2 years).

My main is the same as you. My slayer pure had mask, emote, emote, clothes. but yeh you (and I) should get them on the next 2.

3 times 1: Took mystery box, got gp 2: Mystery box, opened on Entrana, had fun killing unicorns with my mith scimmy :roll: 3: Full backpack, took gp bcos it would stack.

I would train agility as much as you can stand to - 40 or so makes a huge difference. Beyong that, use the opportunity to train up f2p skills with things you can't normally reach, whether that's mithril & coal, maples, high hitpoint monsters, fishing near a bank, abyss rcing..., or just law running lol. I don't think the other p2p skills will make you much money in the time.

Unfortunately, the people who need to read a well reasoned piece such as this are unlikely to do so. As for 50 hours? Well 2 a day is 60+ : I think I must manage that easily :roll:

I hope my skills pure will be one of those level 3 rune miners one day. So far she's not quite got all her non-combat skills to 30, and the highest is 41. So why? Because I'm enjoying the challenge of seeing just how much can (or can't) be done on a skills pure. If I want to go bash something up I use my main (whose lowest stat is 58 btw); if I want a different sort of challenge I go on my skills pure. My accounts never have and never will interact in any way.

(Notes rather than drops.) The mutated zygomite - as well as a nasty melee attack it has a fairly weak range attack.

Love it or loathe it - running ess for laws has to be one of the easiest ways for a low level to gain a decent amount of "start up" money. It certainly didn't take me that long for my non-combat pure to earn enough for a glory, a set of pickaxes, & some spare to sell to the (very wierd!) ppl who buy one off laws for 1k.

Yah, but world 2 is hard to get on. What we really need is a dedicated temple building world - any of the quieter members worlds would do fine so long as it were consistant - but somewhere when anyone asks you just say "go to world x"; just like ppl who want laws are sent to world 66.

My thoughts exactly. Also, all member skills have less ppl doing them and so will have less at higher levels. HP is earned only by doing other combat. Slayer can only be earned by doing combat.

Hm, so what happens if you run with ectophial, ring, necklace and boots of lightness? An extra item, but (I think) negative weight. Or maybe the first check should be ecto, ring and boots.

Daily?? Monthly you mean. Though they do include a lot of changes in those updates. Including a lot of game play changes - honestly, they almost whinge as badly on their forums as ppl do on RS ones. Amost. EQ2 is a gorgeous game to look at (except in heavy rain :evil: even ultravision is useless then), and fun, but very different to RS in many ways - I'm not over-keen on being forced to specialise in combat & tradeskills. edit: Actually, there are daily updates of some sort - they take the servers down for an hour or 2 :? . I've not worked out what they do during those though as there's often no updating to be done afterwards.

3. My main p2p, my skills pure p2p - to see just how much you can do with 10 measly hp, and a f2p who I use on very odd occasions.

Did Gertrude's Cat, then headed over to Taverly to do Druidic ritual. Soon after went exploring on Karamja, got poisoned by a tribesman and died :cry: . I explored the new area bit by bit after perusing the map & the quests - my treat was to explore a new area or do a new quest. My skills pure went straight to TGS to train agility, then did Rune Mysteries, ran laws, sold them to buy a (charged) glory, a rune axe, and all the pickaxes. Oh, and Gertrude's Quest somewhere in there - she makes more money from selling deaths than anything else! It certainly helps if you already know the game.

although it's simpler just to buy the limestone while you're down at the temple. It can also be used in Regicide, instead of the Isafdar limestone.
