  1. I must say, I've grown to love farming  ... I started it because of my current goal to get all stats to 50, and now I find I can't stop! Being a DIY-girl, it has also proven to be invaluable to my thieving (from master farmer), my fletching, woodcutting, fishing and cooking. I worked on those last four skills in farming heaven Catherby while groing crops and got myself a fairly respectable over-all level while other stood around waiting. Of course, there are always folks who prefer standing around complaining about how boring farming is. Quite frankly, I couldn't manage wc and fletching if there weren't my crops to check on from time to time.
  2. My lowest is herblore (42), then rc (44). My current goal: get all my skills up to 50 (sigh). Have some thieving, farming, herblore and rc ahead of me...
  3. Annoy f2p players! Show off my lvl 90 combat, which actually means something on f2p!!! Go about calling all lower levels noobs and losers, to vent my frustrations of being only a mediocre player in truth. Sell f2p players the cakes I thieve for unreasonably high prices. Mwahahaha! ( )
  4. I try to be as self-sufficient as possible. I make my own arrows, mine and smithe my bars, craft my runes, cook the lobbies I fish for myself, farm my herbs. Maybe it's slow, but I like knowing I did it all by myself. Some raw materials (such as rune essences or flax) I do buy, cos they're such a drag to obtain and get you no worthy xp whatsoever. But I find that few people appreciate this method. Yesterday, someone demanded to know why my levels are so low. Humpf.
  5. Ach so. Oh well, banned for being from West-Flanders. Yeaaah, I'm playing it dirty! Woohoo!
  6. Banned for discouraging a poor newbie! (There seems to be something wrong, I'm posting like mad, but the number stays put at 16...)
  7. Mm banning myself for being a few seconds too slow (I like this game)
  8. Banned for joining tip.it in a holy year (2004). You should have been on a pilgrimage!
  9. Banned for a lack of imagination. Just you wait till this night *evil laughter*
  10. Banned for writing a typo in your own language, thus confusing it with flaming! Waar is de vlaamse trots... :D
  11. All that is dragon. Just because I love the colour red 8). But since I'm not the 'making money' type, I'll have to get them all for myself. Oh well.
  12. Totally redundant message, but: I so love it. Love it, I tell you!

Quite frankly, getting *any* skill to lvl 99 feels like a titan's job to me... I remember my newb days when I thought "let's quickly train smithing till it's 99, then I have all the cash I need for the rest of the game". Or when I just became member, "oooh, I'll get slayer to 85 and get a whip for myself". But the hardest, longest, most tedious choices would be prayer, smithing and farming (yaaargh, how many hours would that take!) IMHO
  14. I'm a 24 year old European girl. That makes for 'interesting' conversations. me: *happily minding my own business* person: Oi! You really a girl? me: Yeah. What of it? person: Wanna be my gf? me: I'm too old for you, lad person: How old? me: 24 person: Wow and you still play games? Ur a girl! And too old! me: Yeah, the doctors consider me a medical wonder. person: Huh? me: Anyway, I need to get to bed, it's late (aren't I subtle) person: Bahaha, its not even 5 pm u noob. I don't know why I bother. On the other hand, sometimes I meet cool people this way, who enjoyed the byplay ;-)
  15. I'm usually nice to newbies, give them stuff or show them things. Alas, some of them just keep expecting more, such as guiding them through quests... I offer to tell them what to do through PM, but they insist I go along, as if I have nothing better to do than standing around waiting or trotting through the whole of RS 'cos they can't tele. Ooh, lemme share this story... Yesterday, I was training my (pathetic) ranging with moss giants. This lvl 55 keeps taking my arrows, so I start screaming "you thief! guards!" and he goes like "hey, I'm a noob, whaddaya expect". So to make a point, I fletched 300 free steel arrows for a nice dude, who was there too and who was giving me back my arrows, and proclaimed "be kind, and thou shalt receive kindness". The lvl 55 gave back the arrows and some seeds on top to make up. Mwahaha! I'm gonna reform 'em all!
