  1. I think the title of this board is a bit vague and there would probably be alot of questions arising of whether or not a post should be in this new forum or Off-Topic. I think splitting off Video Games and Music and Movies is a good idea because you can't really get confused by what to post. But this would be too much spam orientated. I wouldn't have a problem with just disallowing any Birthday threads because there is something very irritating about seeing the same thing written by users over and over again is that not spam? However if it was ever implemented I wouldn't boycott it
  2. Weeeeeeelllllllllll......... Actually, all video game creators do say that it harms the brain if you play too much. I agree, it kinda makes you dumber if you play them like a drug obsession. However, I play them a lot, and have to admit I'm smarter then the 99.9% of kids whom are X-Box or PS3 obsessed idiots at my school (No, truly they are, as they will skip school to play it at times). Video games are fun; it's just the 10% of kids and adults who are lazy [wagon] and sit in their homes and do nothing but that, pretend their sick from school or work to play them, etc. It's quite sad anyone would do that imo. Anything that you do too much has health consequences if you really think about it.

Wow I didn't realise there was solid proof that he didn't exist either. Have I missed something?
  4. Somebody has been watching too many Disney movies, what are you going to tell me next? "Dreams can come true" :XD: Assassin what you said is important because it shows that when rejected you were obviously in a position of great emotional trouble. But I can't really reply properly to your point as I don't know enough details and never will and I am not one to force my opinion on anyone either. But when you start bringing in real life examples (which I guess was inevitable) it clouds over the whole discussion. But as a wise Poopingman once said girls are just as immature throughout that age as guys, they too (as you woefully found out) are not in a position to love somebody. As girls are really insensitive and superficial at that age, fickle and foolish but they get sorted out (I hope) and see the appeal of a nice guy no longer the hard nut jerks.
  5. Hmm, that comment I made about the Bible was meant as a joke, I thought it would be obvious but you didn't get it. Oh well, sarcasm on the Internet is a no no I suppose :-k I'm not talking about just that, Striker (but while we're on that subject, you don't have a good sense of humor, 'cause it wasn't funny insulting someone just 'cause you were wrong) . You insult people all the time. Hell, you called Thosethebrokes and idiot just earlier on in this thread. So please, don't play the innocent "who, me?" act. :| You can't tell someone they don't have a good sense of humour thats just cruel. How was I wrong anyway? I was joking if thats what you mean...so in that aspect I suppose I was wrong. Thosethebrokes is an idiot and if you listened to what I was saying you would agree with me, he only wanted a girlfriend to boast about, he doesn't "love" her. Although you're right, I should actually be thankful for him proving my argument. But I'm flattered that you care that much about me to be continually taking up a conversation with me. Am I your idol on this forum? Do you aspire to be like me? Because it figures! Shoot to kill, not to feed, Shoot to kill, not to feed. Oh WELL TOO LATE, usually I would leave because I have won this argument but you're another one always leeching off the relationship board about how you can get a girlfriend. To look cool for your friends no doubt! You guys are damaging sensible people like Assassin's debating structure
  6. You can't just declare because you think you "loved" somebody I'm automatically wrong. Assassin it sounds like you're giving yourself excuses "she would have been happier" sounds like you were too much of a coward to speak to her. I'm also a spineless coward when it comes to women but atleast I know I am... Ginger Warrior same, just because you cared for a girl does not mean you have loved her. As males you know it was on your mind, hey if you can befriend the girl and then get her it simply makes for a different tactic. For the ultimate goal.
  7. I turned 18 yesterday, when do I get my heart in a giftbox? So I didn't love my gf two days ago, but do now? BS. Haha, well what can I say? It's a general statement I mean it for teenagers really. I'm suprised you had the nerve to reply after I slaughtered you with that last statement which you know is true. Didn't you realise? That was your que to leave this discussion because it was discovered that you have illuminated the very point I was making. If all you can do is boast to a bunch of younger teenagers (on the Internet) that you have a girlfriend and they don't how are you mature enough to love anyone? Let me (hopefully) get the message through this time BYE BYE THOSETHEBROKES YOU GOT OWNED. Hmm, that comment I made about the Bible was meant as a joke, I thought it would be obvious but you didn't get it. Oh well, sarcasm on the Internet is a no no I suppose :-k
  8. I'm 17, I'm in love. I actually fell in love in my late 16s. Why do you laugh, Perhaps because you didn't experience love at that age? You don't know how two people can feel about each other. This annoys me, you say I'm speaking in ignorance when in fact it is you that is ignorant. Just because somebody "wants to be happy" doesn't mean they are eligible for love. At that age all teenagers are still naive and foolish, their hormones are raging and they don't think straight, don't be an idiot and tell me that despite this two people can commit themselves to eachother and LOVE one another because that is ridiculous. I'm 17 but atleast I understand that was I feel for a girl I meet is never "love". If you keep this up I really will be laughing. EDIT: Incidentally 'Thosethebrokes' you're a complete hypocrite, I've seen you bragging about [bleep]ing your girlfriend on the relationship sticky, some people have even siggied it. You're clearly in love if all you can do is boast about how you [bleep]ing your girlfriend on an online forum. Idiot.
  9. Ehhhh I pity you, you can't see things to how they truly are but if you live your life in your own world who am I to stop you. I'm the one that can back up what I say with experience and friends of mine that feel the same way. But you, you're like a broken record... In any case I'm going to sleep now I hope I'm not haunted by your insipid ideals.
  10. You're an idealist, you're 17 (or 15) not sure but you can't seriously believe that you are in LOVE and be prepared to remain with your girl and never look for a new one. Seriously, its not possible you may be attracted to her but that aint love instead lust! I'm confident I know more about this than you because I am nearly 18 and know for a fact I've never been in love only liked girls for lust reasons , if you can honestly say you're in love kudos to you except I don't believe you  Don't say I talk crap because I think with a clear head, you you're biased because you think you're in love! I'm over 18 and going to university next year. I think if I was just here for lust, it wouldve been my college years when that took place. Now tell me how you can tell me i'm not in love when you havn't been in it yourself. That's exactly why I can tell you! Male teenagers only have one thing on their mind in relationships and it is not love. If all you can tell me is that "your pulse races" I don't believe you. Sorry to be so mean but I guess the truth hurts.

  12. You went all the way to Florida before you realised you were on the wrong road :-s What did you do when you started driving through timezones?
  13. What I mean is that love has an explanation rooted in the brain, and a teenager's brain is more active and emotionally charged than any, so it's ability to 'fall in love' is probably heightened. I'm not saying all teenage love's last, they don't but that's not really because it's not proper love, but more based on other hormonal urges, pressures from society and constraints at the time to maintain a proper relationship. Basically, you seem to me to be saying that teenager's are too irrational and emotionally charged to fall in love proper, but isn't that what love is? Or, who can really define love? I think that the only hormones that come out of male teenagers are the desire to have sex with anything remotely female. Love is a commitment of yourself to another human being which you can't have if all you can think about is sex. But you're right, if we continue along this path we are going to end up trying to define love, a tricky business...
  14. Maybe its something to do with the fact none of them can get a solo career going. It's Pathetic...
  15. Why? Well I don't really "laugh", I just don't believe you can be in love when you're still growing and your hormones are stirring, too much going on. Fundamentally, what is love but a hormonal/emotional bond? Since teenagers have stronger hormonal urges than anyone, or emotional highs and lows, aren't they in a better position than anyone to experience love? What do you mean 'fundamentally'? We're talking about love here... When you talk about hormonal urges do you mean sexual, because sexual urges tend to have nothing to do with "love" for anybody. Love requires commitment to somebody not emotional highs and lows which is why I find it hard to believe that you think teenagers are in a stable position to love a member of the opposite sex.
  16. Why? Well I don't really "laugh", I just don't believe you can be in love when you're still growing and your hormones are stirring, too much going on.
  17. I laugh at anybody under the age of say about 18 that say they're in love :?
  18. I am contemplating whether to siggy this or not....
  19. I really like this idea but I think it is too radical for people here to truly appreciate. I think that your points about the community and realism are definitely a factor that I like. Most arguments against this idea seem to be about the economy. The economy would settle out and once again make a more realistic financial environment. I think that the servers would have to be increased in size and there would have to be a system to keep it balanced. As for Party hats, well this game has over a million members and how many have party hats? A few thousand, so really I don't think they are a factor.
  20. Looks pretty AWESOME :D

  22. 'If they wanted to'? If they had wanted to they could have been helping Britain from even before the war. The neutrality acts of 1936 meant that America was in period of isolation from any allies they only allied to us because Germany declared war on them. They were not good allies if all they did was enter a war when their own interests were threatened. It is not like they cared for all the people dieing in Europe through Hitlers invasion of Russia or the Blitz on London. Therefore what I was saying to Viktorkrum was that with Iraq we had no guilt or conscience when it came to the Iraq war because its not like America were good allies anyway.
  23. Stop trying to be funny. I live in the North of England and I know many people that have been evacuated, I'm sorry it's spoiling your summer time but you know only 4 people have died. Nevermind about the guy that got trapped in a drain and drowned despite frantic attempts to rescue him.
  24. Being allies he's forced to. Technically you could justify that the Brits still owe the US for WWI and WWII support. And I liked Blair. He legalized gay marriage, which is great, it means he's for equality and can see past people's exterior appearance and knows what really matters. And as a friend said, he just followed Bush on Iraq, he practically had no choice since the US and Britain are such close allies. Care to explain how Britain "owes" America a war? "An eye for an eye" you're telling me? A war for a war? :? Don't act like you're intelligent enough to know anything about the people I mentioned. No, that's called being allies. When you are allies, you support each other, and help with one another's difficulties. The fact that America helped Britain through both World Wars, and vice-versa, only strengthend their alliance, it didn't make either of them "owe" anything. Wther or not Str0wez knows the rest or not, it doesn't chage the fact that he didn't say he was the best, merely one of the best. You're putting words in his mouth, and now you're trying to justify doing so. And if you do in fact reply to me, Striker, try to do so without having to insult me to try to defend your point. :| Except, in the words of Viktor 'Technically you could justify that the Brits still owe the US for WWI and WWII support' which is the point in what I was replying to. America helped their allies in the wars? Ummm no America entered WW2 because they were attacked by the Japanese they wouldn't have declared war on Germany the only reason they went to war with Germany was because hitler declared war on America :| not because "allies support eachother" heh.
