Best smithing exp? Don't mine. :P Buy steel bars, make cannon balls. Sell cannon balls, use profit to buy even more steel bars, make more cannon balls, sell for even more profit. It's like a snowball effect of smithing exp and profit, the price? HOURS AND HOURS OF YOUR LIFE LOST TO STANDING AT A FORGE! The means for smithing are there, do you dare try it?

I don't think it'll be that much harder really, as long as you do the "two ore" method of dropping. 26 full water skin will last awhile, heck, just mine till you die even, you wont drop anything important. That'll take about as long as most people wanna mine anyway.

Faster wc exp - Willows Faster firemaking exp - Maples. Whichever one you feel like leveling faster while you cut and burn.

If you feel like spending an extra 5 bucks or so a month, play both. If you're very fond of pking, and it's your main goal, just play your pker. Honestly, I see no need for two accounts, and if you're fond of your pker, just play him, you'll get over having to re-level skills again.

Cannon balls, just be patient, buy your bars 550-600 each, selling cannon balls 180-200 each.
