Evolution, when you narrow it down to a lifetime, is just choosing the best partner you can find and raise the best offspring to fit an ever changing environement around you. People seem to do this, and after many generations eventually a new better adapted species appears from this survival of the fittest process - evolution. Whether people believe or not in evolution, it is happening.

The first sig is indeed made by me, unaltered, quite old too. I didn't give you permission to alter any of my work so I'll kindly ask you to remove the altered sig now, thanks. If not, I'll report you to a mod to do it for you. The main reason I disapprove of working on other people's art is because you start in the middle, you have no idea how you got there, or how to continue in the same path you only now encountered. You have no idea why the original artist drew things the way he did, what he was thinking as he made the sig, so there's no way you could finish the sig in the exact same thinking. Even if it's just to experiment colors, it is the wrong way by far to learn and practice art. Yes it might take you weeks, months, or years to get to a decent point, but no talent is ever learned overnight, and art is certainly not required to live. I'm saying all this to help you before you fall to the dark side of copying.

Halo 2 on XBL is quite fun, you should give it a try first (friend's house maybe or rent h2 for campaign) if you're thinking about getting it (but usually I'd do that for any game). There's sometimes annoying young kids on it, but there's the little option called "mute" which you can use on any player easily.

10-28-05 Came to school and forgot to bring a pen so I went to the store to buy a cheap one which cost me 77 cents (tax included). I gave 3 quarters and opened my wallet to look for two pennies but the register girl told me to keep my two cents. 2 free pennies. :P

I believe that if all the begging noobs were banned, it might temporarily decrease the number of players but because the environment will be so much better, more good people will want to play the game knowing the community isn't so run down.

This comic is very confusing, I didn't get most of it. If you post this in public then you're hoping a lot of people will understand and laugh. If you think we need some knowledge for this to be funny, perhaps post it also or not post anything at all.

I agree. Either Jagex announces it specifically in their posted rules or they let the customers, who pay, do what they want. Jagex is being annoying with their grey rules and silent requests. Everyone is confused on the various issues which sometimes even Jagex as a team can't come to a single position on, so fansites and players have to guess what is right or wrong.

This sig was sitting in my folder since original requester (Sim0n from DI) tried to scam it for free in his own clan's forum. So if you ever get a certain Simon asking to buy a sig from you, don't trust him he will scam you. Sold the unused sig to Mayank: Enjoy. :) (this isn't the big one)

You asked for comments so I gave you comments to help you. Lineart can look 3D if done correctly. Shading doesn't necessarily mean that it will fool the eye into thinking it's 3D. Well what made them look 2D to my eye is that there is no depth made by your lineart. I'll take the mystic mage as the example. The distance between it's right edge to the yellow area and the distance from the left edge to the yellow area are the same which means the character is supposedly facing the view in the front without any angle. However, because the character is tilted and seems to be looking to the left, his body does not follow the supposed position. In real life if you're at an angled view, one of the sides will be shorter and the other longer since it is showing also the surface of the side of the body. As you can see from the picture, the red and blue lines equal in length when they shouldn't if the character is supposed to be 3D like you're aiming to do.

Yeah clean up your lines to make them neater. Your characters seem flat like cartboard cut outs, so try to make them more 3D and rounder (specially main body).

Tried games like CS, BF, HL, Tom Clancy games, didn't enjoy them much. Halo is just more fun to me. :) Should be interesting to see how the movie goes, although there's few movies based on games that are good.

Head still looks like you've been looking at my stuff. It's too small there, so try to make your own slightly bigger head. The BG is really bland and boring, make it smaller if there's going to be nothing else and stick to a little but detailed BG. :)

Maybe if they were as detailed and well worked as what Terley once posted for a Buddy pic they wouldn't look so photocopied and massproduced, ah well if people enjoy them..

I like the fourth one quite much. They're all very good quality pictures, just maybe lack some kind of meaning into them? I've seen people color different parts of black and white pictures, don't know if that's a good idea for this. Just something to twist it around.

Depends on what type of sig you want to make. If you mean pixel, just open up MSpaint and experiment with the different tools. :)
