  1. Hmm.. does this mean I have an excuse to drop out of school?
  2. Nice sig, you can tell you really worked those details. Perhaps some light from the fire on the face or some of the clothe, but looks great how it is now. :)
  3. http://misterxman.deviantart.com :)
  4. Hehe I sort of agree in the fact that I don't see a need to change a style, it seems to work great (don't fix it if it ain't broke). The claims that I am massproducing sigs now is false since I just happen to have a lot of time to make multiple sigs (unlike when my shop was open). Even if I am making many sigs in a short amount of time, it doesn't mean I'm cutting quality over quantity.
  5. Thanks for comments and CC all. :) I tried to put as much effort as I could into this sig, specially thinking of a clever idea to portray an effective merchanter. Rest assured Icearrow's sig will turn out with quite a bit of action. I'll look into text more (arg text lol).
  6. Those are very great as always, the only one I don't like as much is the profile view of the girl - I think it's too narrow and there should be a bit more back of the head to keep it slightly more volumous (is that even a word) in the back instead of it going vertically down so close to the face. :) Comic ideas, you could start by explaining the character's backgrounds (but always leave some mistery). What they do should be really up to the artist. :)
  7. The person who made this post  Well not really the thread maker, but just follow the blue font and you will easily spot the birthday person.
  8. I think this is what is ment: Black color being what you did, red color being what seems to make more sense. :?: The pic looks nice, but a better quality of it like you see in other space scenes would be nicer.
  9. Already sold, comments and rates welcome. :) X-man
  10. One question, is it possible to transfer all the memory from the old xbox to the new using memory cards or some other method?
  11. Exactly, would be nice if they could let us plug our xbox 1 controllers on the new xbox so we don't have to rebuy a couple controllers.
  12. 13 is actually my lucky number. After 4 exams I didn't have time to study 6 essay topics for history (only two appear in test, one being chosen). I take the exam this friday and turns out the ONLY topic I studied at all (but very well) was there. I wouldn't recommend only studying one part of many required, but with no time left I didn't really have a choice besides counting on luck in the end.
  13. Didn't even know a second xbox was coming out, interesting. Odd how they put it upright like the PS2 when they claimed the original xbox was made in a horizontal way in order to keep it from tiping over like the PS2 apparently. Controller looks ok, not sure about the start/back buttons though. Graphics don't matter, the old xbox is good enough to keep thanks to Halo 2. That Perfect Dark better be as good if not better than the original for N64 (best console fps only beat by halo). Probably the best improvement is the wireless controllers (no more breakaway cables, even safer now). Wish they kept the black color, keeps it from looking dirty after a while.
  14. This sounds just like the debate "who came first, the chicken or the egg", a question for the ages. But what the heck, I'll say yellow.
  15. Reuploaded to imageshack in case you try to remove the evidence that you ripped TJ's sig: Contacting staff now.
  16. 1. The price of any sig as mentioned by another sigmaker is not really relevant since they're not the one buying it. Prices will come as you post the sigs and the people who buy the sigs decide what they want to pay. Not a bad thing at all, could go both ways in difference. :) 2. Here's the best way to run a shop: Listen to everything your customers say, they won't lie just to annoy you. Put examples up in your shop. Don't add comments like "selling nooby sigs" or "mediocre pixel sig shop", those will kill your clientele right away. Just be proud of the work you do if you're really serious into it. Accept CC from everyone, sig buyers ore sigmakers/artists, it can only help you improve your sigselling. When someone posts a request, they should have a pic of the money, an RS name, preferably a person that has some reputation (in order to avoid bring ripped by some nobody). Make the sig, put a huge "sample" text over it, then show that to your buyer. If the buyer refuses to pay fr the sig until he sees the sig without "sample", walk away - he/she probably just wants to rip the sig for free. Hopefully you're buyer will like the sig and should then pay you in RS for it. Once payment is done, send your buyer the sig without the "sample" text on it. There ya go, and continue like this forever. :)
  17. He's an attorney at law now, takes cases from all of these old cartoons. The scooby doo one still cracks me up.
  18. Old: New: In other news, this week I'm updating my DA site (check www link) with the drawings I've posted here, feel free to go check it out. :) Oh also, my tipit username is now being replaced by "banned link" whenever it's posted, just to let anyone know in case they see it. Edit: This is due to tipit blocking a certain referal, I think it's going to be fixed soon though. Edit 2: Problem fixed, name is back. :) misterxman
  19. Looks great, but the bottom part of the monsters' body seems to be too small even for it being farther from the viewer than the top part of the body.
  20. It's not called "media board" anymore, it's now "media discussion." Get with the program.   JK JK Welcome back, hopefully we will see more work from you which I remember was very nice. The others have pretty much said what everyone is up to, but there are some new pixel artists which have made some very impressive work while you were away, such as Princessa9, Punkage, FoxRed, Adolpha, and many others I can't remember their names right now. For my stuff, just search my name in media and you should find my latest sigs if you're wondering about that.
  21. You're using the right program because paint is all you'll ever need. There are other programs like Graphics Gale but you have to download them, while paint is already set in your PC.
  22. Very funny, one of the best episodes and much better than what I expected from a come back. :D Crucify this! American dad, some funny parts but nothing like family guy.
  23. Looks great. I like most how the lines change thickness, creates good variety. :)
  24. Quite a nice sig, all the green including the border goes quite well together. Maybe you could try making a bonsai (sp) with some asian looking font.
  25. Wow did Halo 2 come to your house and kill your family you hate it that much? We're having fun with this game, isn't that the point of any game? If you mean that games like halo are unhealthy and you're tying to save us, it's too late, the game is too addicting to quit. On topic, I hear the map Turf is really awsome so I guess 6 bucks for both new maps is well worth it. Will probably get them friday.
