  1. The second and last one did have that slight "moving" effect on me, never saw that before.
  2. Nice idea, I have done something like it in the past (thumbnail): Maneuvered a small wooden model of a lizard into a human-like posture, like he's "stuck and can't get out" of the picture. Made in black and white pencils, using the wooden model as reference. Oh also, in real life the model was obtuse on its sides, instead of the concave edges I distorded on purpose in this pic. Sorry about being lazy and only posting old stuff I have saved in PC, but I enjoy more seeing what other people make and post. :)
  3. Nice line work Jeppoz, good to see some of your art again. Kizz, coloring is looking good so far. :)
  4. Lol good stuff. You should make more. :)
  5. I don't doubt your pencil version was as good as the one posted here, I just love to see the pencil strokes and how people can achieve their shading and texturing with such a delicate medium. Tttia, very good guide. I think I remember seeing something like that the few times I came to the media board back in scapeboard, and I can see it will help a lot of people without having to go through so many lessons. Good jump start. Nacho, I can make a bunch of origamis and maybe I'll take pics of them to post. Good point about it being art too. :)
  6. Practice. Draw your best however it is, then look for mistakes by comparing your drawing to the real object. Show people your work and see if they notice mistakes you didn't notice. Experiment different techniques and ways to fix or improve parts of your drawing, because the best ways are usually found through lots of trial and error. :) Thanks man, i think ill get a sketch pad, and start drawing  :P ive always wanted 2 Pencil on paper is the greatest thing, so simple and free. You can sketch freely and learn so much from simple these simple tools. In fact, I use a regular number 2 pencil for my pencil drawings or else I lose focus and my mind is clouded with what utencil I should use rather than what move I should do on the paper. For the little things: It's a small T-rex origami I made with paper, then used it as reference for drawing it in black and white pencil on a yellow background a while ago.

  8. I enjoyed putting your ideas to life (or pixel), and am glad you're both happy with the result, and that other people liked it too. You know where to reach me if you want another sig. :) About the psp stuff, I wanted to mean Photoshop but for some reason I typed PSP instead of PS (correct one?) for abbreviation. The font I use "Hobo" is very peculiar because it blends with the BG color so it's tough to add a black outline to it. I keep saying I'll check out the PS text everyday and not do it, I'll get my bro to show me. X-man
  9. You captured the atmosphere very well with watercolor (tough medium to work with imo). Great coloring and keeping the furry texture of the fox, again great work. :)
  10. X man how much was it? 1 mill? 2 mill.
  11. Thanks for comments, it was a nice challenge as a sig. :) About the text, I don't know how to use PSP, so all I have is MSpaint text. :?
  12. That looks like a basilosaurus, a huge prehistoric whale.
  13. Keep forgetting to post my comments, but that is way awsome for color pencil. Great use of different colors and their shades, lots of contrast and all proportions are kept well. It looks like an illustration you'd see in a nature or biology book. Could the original pencil-only version be posted? I just really like RL pencil drawings more than PC art.
  14. LIEZ! I am.. It is tough, but just think of the GP when you're working, would you rather mine in RS all day?
  15. Good luck finding the best idea, looking forward to seeing your next full pixel sig. :) Sorry can't think of an idea, not creative. :P
  16. Oh man my old ones would be worked on so much lol. I'll try it later.
  17. Very nice cartooney look, you should try coloring like Smellysocks did. :) I'll think of some cartoon to post later, interesting topic.
  18. Congrats, really nice piece. :) Haven't visited DA in months but cool to see work there from time to time.
  19. Very cool, I specially like that spear. :) I bet if you posted that pic in the market boards people would offer to buy it without questioning its existence since Jagex has been releasing so many new armors to RS lately.
  20. Here's a plant I once made with oil pastels (with reference in front of me), came a bit bent though.
  21. The pencil crocodile is just awsome. Did you use a reference or do it all from the mind? It's great how none of the texture is repetitive and looks natural. Shading is flawless, and it's great how there is a large contrast between light spots and dark spots to imply shine. 10/10
  22. Wow those are awsome, that pencil drawing is really good because it had shading and texture (which my drawings lack). Lol and aboua azvy's comments, I think he was trying to imply I also like to draw in pencil reptiles, dinos, and such. I've been lazy to scan pics to post here but I'll use one of those drawing sites to make pics. So far a lot of really good talent has been posted which I haven't had time to comment fully all on. Well here's the only pics I have uploaded on my PC lol. Things that fly, are reptiles, and have muscles. :P
  23. Might want to change your "location" text in your profile since it makes your clan look bad according to that sig.
  24. Ran didn't mention the part he said when he first posted that sig, right ran? :P On topic, here's some of my first sigs: (sold for my first 10k, woot) My very first sig, and yes I did use it: Wyrm made me the one I currently use, which is awsome.
