Slayer is a good incentive to train combat (sorry Tallin, at least it will draw people away from your trees :wink: ), and gives nice rewards at higher levels I hear. Superpowers, I think we have plenty of those in RS already: Teleporting, Invincibility (prayer protections), Speed (running/teleporting), all the magic spells, Invisibility (lag). Drugdealing, isn't that herblaw? :wink: So many fighters training unaturally in RS.

I have nothing against Ted the Pear, but some of these sigs are funny.

Isn't that just an inverted colored black plate? The effect is nice and makes it look like a "light" plate or something though. :)

If you look in someone else's sig for inspiration, you won't find any new ideas since they weren't thought up by you. Real creativity and originality come from looking at the original object (the game RS) and thinking of a nice way to portray it in a view no one has seen before. :)

Is it just me or did the postmaker just post this thread as a new one again? I am sure this is 99.9% fake. Someone offering that much money would have thought A LOT about a sig before staking that much. Probably would have written paragraphs with lots of pics describing the sig, posted pics of the money, and might even be fairly well known player to be trustworthy. As someone else has said, there have been many scams like these, including one in the past that pretended to offer a pink phat. My advice: do not make a sig for this person, there are plenty of other good competitions on the media board.

At least add a "Friends" only follow option like chat, it's REALLY annoying when you're walking with friends and random people start following.

It would have been more interesting if you had posted the original version to better compare the effects of the editing, but that pic is very nice. The final product looks actually like it was done completely in oil pastels because of its pasty look. 9.8/10

Nice pics. Those are some good steps, but that guide is missing about 10 steps before the first pic, there's no way a newcomer to pixel art could draw your first step with no previous drawing or pixeling experience. The linework is very good, maybe make the hands slightly bigger? The shading seems a bit lost. Shade each leg individually instead of both as a single lighted lobject, because the separate between them looks more like a void than normal space. On the shoulders, the shading seems inverted, a bit confusing. Overall, the pics are very good, but maybe not the best for a newcomer (which I don't think deserve to be called noobs, as everyone starts without any skills). :) X-man

Very nice, simple and good amount of colors that aren't too drastic. I like how the name seems to have gone through and out of the center of the circles. Almost some movement that isn't happening but can be seen.

Nice clip of the original Halo 1 commercial, a bit laggy though.

lol you know that really aint how people transform into daemons. They bend over and then the deamon rips outta their back in a spray of blood and emerges covered in bodily fluids. The shading is well done but it's inacurate. The light source on the head is not the same as the light source on the arms and body, which creates some confusion. My suggestion is picking a light source, then making the lightest shade not at the top or the bottom of the arm for example, but a bit towards the middle and have it shade darker down and up, but having the lighter side a bit higher not actually reaching the top to have that cylindrical look.

To be honest I never intended any of my pixel sigs to be considered much art, I'm just in it for the gp. As long as I can make the customers happy, and the people who see the sigs wonder about it, that's fine because it accomplishes my objective. None of my sigs are ever for Media people, so I don't think my customers could care much if there's similarity because they usually take their sigs to their clan forums where there are no sigs like theirs. I'd rather draw in MSpaint for 6-8 hours than mine 30 hours in RS for gp. If I want to do art I'll draw in RL, which I don't do as often as I should. :oops: Yes, there are few good works posted on the Media Board, but it's impossible to stop the lesser work from being posted. One just has to cope with it, and the only way one can do something about it is to work hard in one's artwork and post it more often to fill the Media Board with more quality.

Trust me, there is MAJOR cheating in Halo 2 online. In CTF there's a glitch that let's you grab the enemy team's flag and instantly make it appear by your base, scoring in less than a second of game starting. Another one is they unplug and plug the modem at certain times to go to the enemy base and grab the flag invisible or something like that. Then there's the game glitches that let you bounce the flag over the map in no time and such. Not cool. On topic: Good luck to both of you in your sig shop. :)

The shading on the tombstone and the green star is interesting, but the scimies should really be redone from scratch to look good.
