I prefer indoor football (soccer for you illiterete bunch). I played that for about 2 years straight. The indoor cricketers were usually playing when we would play, and they'd always be shouting and carrying on. Was really annoying. :P
  2. That one rocks. The mechanical one at the top is a bit, meh. If you know what I mean, nothing really happening in it. The others are all great.
  3. A hazey fog would be cool. Maybe an old broken down building too?
  4. Nice and smooth. I had a bit of a stint of animation on Flash MX 2004, but I could never get them under 30kb.
  5. The mages left arm (our right) looks weird, you need to give him an elbow. I think that hand is a little small too (the one holding the staff). Maybe the guy he's sucking the soul out of, I think his legs need to be a little bit bigger. It's looking nice so far... and I have no ideas for a background. Think of your own for once. :P
  6. - Guild Wars (MMORPG) - Dragonshard (RTS, very new, the first RTS based on D&D). - Battlefield 2 (FPS, About 5 months old but a great great game). - Civilization IV (Strategy, comes out on the 24th of October). - Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion (RPG, Not out yet but will be by the end of 2005). - Age of Empires III (RTS, comes out 18th of October).
  7. Meh, the World Cup is the big thing to watch / look to. Australia might get in this year!! I haven't really bothered with the Football in the Olympics. :?
  8. Lmao, you made my day man... There's so many pictures! True, .
  9. Genesis - The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway King Crimson - Cirkus
  10. Well first of all I can't even see the picture because you didn't use the right code or something. And secondly, it's just a drawing with a pencil, you have to go over it and shade it in an image editing program and everything to make it an actual pixel.
  11. I used Modplug Tracker as I already said. :) I didn't just mix anything, I actually made it. Here are the samples I used... (all the .wav's, they're really small file size). http://www.puregarbage.com/music/
  12. Finished this one today. Took me over 10 hours. My brother drew the characters on paper (he's awesome at drawing), I then transfered them to pixel, shaded them and then drew the background. I did NOT use any programs like Photoshop and I didn't use any premade graphics or gradients. Version 1: Version 2: I also made sprites too. Comments and constructive criticism appreciated. Thanks PS: If you rip these without my permission (answer is no) you WILL be caught.
  13. Yeh, it will cost around 3M or so depending on what you want in it. Wow that's really cheap. You'll get heaps of orders!!
  14. I cannot agree more. I remember someone way back used to use gradients for shading on his sigs. They looked horrid. I do however NOT believe in using a totally inferior product (MS Paint) when a much better program that was basically made for making sprites (pixels) is available for free (Graphicsgale).
  15. Well media includes songs, right? I made these in modplug tracker (google it), fully composed by me, got the samples off the web. ]Launch The Missile ]The Nightmare Man (Puregarbage.com is owned by me, there are no viruses or anything :)) These aren't meant to be serious or anything, just something that I enjoy doing and is a bit different to the usual "rate my sig". :D
  16. cool, i loved your past pixel sigs, like that trumpet one u made long ago. what do ur sigs look like now? can u show me some of ur favorite sigs uve made so far? Here's the latest one that I did for Shad's comp. And I only recently gave that trumpet sig away. :P
  17. Read my post again, I didn't mention more colours anywhere. It's just a ton easier to change colours in GG.
  18. The perspective is a bit off, it looks like the picture has been taken as an aerial shot but then the guy looks like it's taken from a side shot. Here's a quick sketch to show a little what it should (according to me) look like. Otherwise your character is very well developed for a first. Many people draw very square like etc etc. Keep at it!
  19. Indeed. Although I did use MS Paint for my first few sigs. Here are my various reasons for using GraphicsGale instead of crappy MS paint (is anything made my Microsoft good? Doubtful... :?) -It has a larger memory of redos and undos, allowing for much more experementation with sigs. MS paint only has 5, compared to about 25 with GG. -Instead of right clicking to get your second colour (default white, like on paint), right clicking on Graphicsgale is like the pick colour tool. Which I find a helluva lot more useful. -It has a lot more saving options. -It's palette is about a million times more user friendly then MS paints. -It has layers (which I use to do watermarks). -It has a lot more zoom options. You can zoom in to 4000% and zoom out to 10%.

Thanks for the comments. Too many people want it, so I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 10. Pm me. :P
  21. Yeah I'd make you one for 700k. That'd get you to the top of my waiting list. 8) And I just started holidays (2 weeks off from school... YESS!!) so I'll probably be extra active for a while. Oh and I got Guild Wars too but it doesn't really tickle my fancy, in my opinion WoW was better... but for some reason it just didn't cut it for me either. [/off topic]
  22. Oh Jab, I love number 2. The poses of those characters are ace!
  23. He has underpants on the outside of his armour...? :?
  24. How about this? I made that a long time ago, it was very boring to do...
