  1. Alright people, here's what you need to get to get the account recovered. If you do not have credit card information, call this number (1-800-661-7079) and press 1 and 1 at each of the option screens. This will give you a customer support representative. Tell him you do not have a company ID number, but you have a question about your Worldpay account. Give the person your credit card number and your address. You can then ask for your Transaction ID and Agreement number. The transaction ID should be a 9 digit number, while the agreement id will be in the format of Username_:#######. THE 7 NUMBERS ARE THE NUMBERS YOU NEED! Afterwards, you'll need the PIN number from THE CREDIT CARD USED IN THE TRANSACTION. This is the pin number you want. After this, all the information you need should be available, although it may require a few seconds for Customer Support to receive the information and process it.
  2. sorry, i'm reading back through now, i missed a case in the words "was decided" and mistook it for "has been decided" or somethign along the lines.
  3. I know about the locking, I have been affected by this anyways. I just took this off the main page though, and i'm a bit confused by it.
  4. Yeah, I've had an interesting glitch with my arm while Runecrafting before. All of the sudden, my hand extended outwards about 12 feet. Fixed itself after logging out, but still... that was a "WTF" moment.
  5. What's this about? The forums are still open aparantly.
  6. yeah, and i just got declined now... I have a customer support number for Worldpay. If you call that, you can probably have them tell you the information you need. I'll be doing that soon. Worldpay Customer Support: 1-800-661-7079
  7. Raven, I just sent in my 5th recovery request, and now it's saying Pending. Just keep sending information and eventually they're realize it's you.
  8. There's one in the cabinet in the house.
  9. Well, this gives me hope at least... It said that my report was Pending... The last few times, it just outright said Denied. Problem is, I put my tracker ID on Notepad, and accidentally closed notepad without saving the number...
  10. Well, I wrote down this number, unfortunately, it's 6:30 in the morning right now from where I'm typing, I have to leave for school in 15 minutes and my mother, who owns the credit card I use, is too busy getting ready for work...
  11. Another ironic quote fromt he update... They again forgot to mention your account will be locked, and you won't be able to log on... I think i need to take this to the rants forum now...
  12. ok, here's what I think everyone needs to do. When you post on here, if you have the Agreement Number, Transaction ID, and the PIN number that it asks for, please state so that the rest of us aren't going "how the heck did he get his account back?"
  13. Here's what I find very ironic though... Hmm... did they forget to mention YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE LOCKED? Most people haven't been keeping track of their Credit Card transaction number, so that means that they just locked probably about 500 accounts with no way of them being reactivated.
  14. I've been putting recovery question, although it might be "someone has changed my password..." I'm gonna go try the other 2 real quick...
  15. yeah, if Jagex doesn't fix this recent login problem, I may take the new account I made to make a complaint to Jagex, make it members, and skill pure it in Fletching and Woodcutting, and a couple of other things once it gets up there.
  16. hehe... i'll modify it for minus the flashing...
  17. here's a question... Does your membership still count down while your account is locked, and if it does, will it renew itself automatically when the time expires... If it does, then when each of us gets the confirmation e-mail from worldpay, we should be able to get our accounts back. Jagex should probably just do this. On every member account, add a half month of membership and charge everyone $2.50 (American) so that worldpay will send us an e-mail. This will give us all the account number we need to receive our accounts back (I hope).
  18. Yeah, but Tip.It has admitted that information was openly available, and that most people who had an account with them has had their account locked until we can convince them it's us. What I really think Jagex needs to do is unlock all of our accounts, and ask us to then submit a Password Recovery Query WITHOUT the Card transaction stuff... Right now, Jagex has just killed a bunch of their players for almost no reason, when most of us were having absolutely no problems with our accounts... Either way, if Jagex doesn't get this fixed soon, they're gonna lose a bunch of players...
  19. Is the result of the fight decided as soon as you press the 'accept' button No - People can still eat food, accidentally have Auto-Retaliate off, ect. Combat takes place as normal there. Defence; does it reduce the number of hits you take, or the size of the damage from hits you take? Or both Defense only determines what Armor you can wear and how often your opponent hits. Damage is determined on your opponent's Strength level ONLY. Attack; does it reduce the number of 0's you hit, or increase the number of max damage hits you deal? Or both Less 0s, not more max hits My personal favourite - how much is really just luck who knows...
  20. I'm kicking myself for this still today... I had 3.5 mil and bought a whip (this was ages ago). I mis-merchanted it and traded it for a Dragon Hatchet, which I was forced to turn around and sell for 2.8 mil. Well, I got myself 3 mil again, and I decided to go try the Mage Arena. Well, stupid me, I talked to kolodian while I still had all my cash. As I was trying to get out, I got ice magic'd and lost all 3 mil of that cash...
  21. Dude... Tuna and Sweetcorn Potatoes were added eons ago...
  22. There's also the issue of someone moving. Say that someone gets their ip banned, but their parents are moving away in a week, so they're moving to a new IP anyways... Ban does nothing. It is then possible for the next family who moves in has a son who plays Runescape. The IP ban would then ban the new player wrongly.
  23. I could've sworn that Jagex updated it so that Pure Essence was f2p again... maybe I'm wrong... Either way, Members are finding their own source for Pure Essence. I personally had a system with a friend of mine as I was doing Cosmic Crafting to gain Runecrafting Levels. I had a ton of Pure Essence, and I had my friend mine a bunch of it as I was crafting Cosmics. Then, for every 1 Cosmic Rune I gave him, he gave me 2 Pure Essence. Given, I would be losing money in the short term, but I would gain it back easy while crafting.
  24. Jagex can't detect you running programs on your computer. Jagex can only ban someone for macroing when they show chronic signs of macroing. Such signs could include, but are not limited to: Logged on for Hours at a time, doing only one thing Not chatting Very repetitive movements Windows Media Player or iTunes would do nothing of the sort. Only a program that could directly control your player would be possible of setting off warning signs.
  25. That ship he's talking about (almost typed ship with a t...) is the Fremennik Ship that takes you to Waterbirth Island or Miscellania.
