best combo in wildy for f2p is: 1 rune scimmy (wielded), 1 rune 2h (backup), 1 maple longbow and 75 addy arrows (if your range lvl is above 30), and 26 lobsters (26 lobbies heals 312 hp :D )

i have 2 friends who both have noob accounts. They do drop trading almost every day to give money, armour, ect. to their noob accounts. None of them got banned even thogh they are breaking the rules. So probably Jagex doesnt care if you break this rule. I have no clue to why they dont care.
