  1. True true. I know youtube is the one that everyone knows, but there are actually a ton of higher quality and better uploading sites for films. Currently my favorite is Veoh, theres some great RS vids on there.
  2. I agree, I love my quest cape more than anything
  3. I mostly get the stuff myself, sometimes if im in a hurry I will buy
  4. I guess he bought that account or scammed it off someone maybe?
  5. No, the Elves were in the Eastern lands during the 3rd age and during the Wars of the Gods. The only were cut off at the start of the 4th age at which point they remained suclusive. Before that they had pretty good relations and trade with the gnomes and ogres apparently according to the books from the quests. Theres lots of literature that mention the older races fighting as soldiers for Zamorak or Saradomin ~ the Elves, Gnomes, Dwarfs. It doesnt really say who fought for whome though. Thats what Im trying to find out, the rs forums were not so helpfull unfortuanatly.
  6. Ok, so the Elves were around and fought in the Ancient God wars, but after reading all the Elven books available, plus all the guides and extra lore and info both ingame, tip.it and and the RS knowledge base I can't actually find any word of who they actually fought for or which side (If any?) From the Cardan Lineage book~ "In the third age there was constant battling between the different Gods and thier followers. The need for protection in these troubled times made the Cadarn Clan one of the most powerful in the Elven domain. After Centuries of fighting the war finally ended when the Gods realised that they would destroy the very thing they were fighting over. The Gods chose to agree on a pact of non-influence." Which is about as much as I can find, theres lots of other references but thats just about the only one that mentions the Elves during the God wars. I guess most would presume they fought for Saradomin as the Elves in RS arn't really seen as evil, but then the whole Death Guard and the unknown history parts mean they could have fought for Zamorak. And then of course they might have been the ones used by Guthix to help bring the balance (Or would he have needed such help at all?) The Elven God is Serin as he he was the one that brought them thorugh the World Gate and started the first Elven Clans, but that was the the age before the actual God wars and theres no mention that Serin had any part between the battle of Zamorak & Saradomin, but the Elves themselves did have a part and fought in someway. Its just not really mentioned as far as I can see. So does anyone else have any ideas or found any extra info to say which side if any, they fought on during those wars?
  7. I would love a really big quest and grand opening of Prifddinas to complete the Elven series, but I guess thats still some way off. Mostly I like the quests and multiplayer mini-games, new items and clothes always are nice additions to make things just that little bit more unique to each player which is good. Its nice to have variety and choice. I guess for regular updates though (Not the big landmark ones) Its always nice to see the graphics getting a makeover, Jagex really do a good job especially with Varrock recently in my opinion (It still isn't as purdy as Isafdar though). Although once a new graphical update comes in I always feel sorry for the old place that was demolished, its like some of these places have been around for years and suddenly they are gone with little more than personal snapshots and videos to remember them by. New skills are always great aswell, usually they have new areas to explore and more junk to clog up your bank with
  8. Moriquendi in 2007 so far, has parties, pks, wars the lot. Nice music too. Clickhere to see. Or copy and paste the link to Veoh, can't youtube it as its too big (180mb about 7 minutes) http://www.veoh.com/videos/v536373RNEBMDek hope you like it anyway, if you do then check out Moriquendi http://www.themoriquendi.com
  9. poor Pat took a beating there, looks like you had fun though
  10. Still use the same Varrok west bank spot as I did in f2p due to the short walk.
  11. I would love it to be Isafdar (Elven lands) as its such a nice looking place and so tranquil and free from crowds. Maybe if Jagex continue the Elven quest series in the future then they might put in an achievement diary for that area first to get people into those lands more. The sanguinesti region is also really nice looking, loads of effort went into making it but its also a ghost town, maybe that would work as a place with all its maze like streets, multi level buildings and npcs.
  12. Wow good luck with that, I wouldn't think its possible, but then I didnt think walking on water was possible untill I saw it. If you have some team to support you through the cave then maybe I guess you could, but you also would need a lot of luck and more than one attempt. Make sure you take pics :D
  13. Talk to Safta Doc in Tai Bwo Wannai. He will make machetes for gems, trading sticks, and a tuber :( Everybody seems to think getting tubers is so hard o.O I got one 10 min into cutting jungle. Thanks found him, medium level done. I got the tuber on the first bit of jungle I chopped, but that was probably real lucky. The gems were easy to mine in Shilo and I traded a load of opals and jades for the 1500 sticks required. For the hard task, how far into fight caves do I need to go to kill the tek zet thingy? Is it probably better to just do the whole fight caves and get lava cape while im at it if its near the end? Or can I go back to that point if I exit later?
  14. Where do you exchange gems for a machete? I thought it might have been in Twa Bwo Wannai but they only except trading syicks for machetes and the store in Shilo village sells them for GP, I can find who sells them them for gems. Anyone know?
  15. Forgot about the house one so 6 if that counts aswell :P
  16. whats so good about that place anyway? Lletya is the nicest place ever, its the one place in Runescape that I almost feel at home in. The handy flax field by the bank is really nice too, plus its just soooo purdy
  17. 5, but I've got the keys for 4 more when I can find someone to make them after I get round to using them.
  18. Funniest thing I liked doing recently was collecting a load of monkeys from Ardy zoo and then releasing them in a populated area. They all run around a bit and confuse people, takes a while to do but its really funny :XD:
  19. ha ha thats the best one, i can actually see THAT one
  20. I had a similar thing when I was building my house, my hell cat vanished when switching building mode. Walked back to Fally, checked my inv and bank but no cat :( Thought to myself 'Oh well'. Carried on building. Then like half an hour later it reapeared when walking to my house. No idea where he had been, but I expect your cat will return when its ready to.
  21. I get them quite a lot. Full dragonhide with anti shield works pretty well for me. Dont forget your rubber boots or you will get pasted. They also seem to drop lots of mystic fire staffs which covers the cost of any food you need (They high alch for like 25k?).
