  1. I personally think the actual overall experience total is the most impressive.
  2. Ok, that makes sense... thanks :)
  3. I glanced at this thread title on RS main page and got excited for second... thought they'd finally given us a use for the bird eggs. :(
  4. The bow for sure... especially worthwhile once it's down to 180k per recharge :)
  5. May I ask why PNG is better than JPEG? I've got a backup of the Bitmap I made, but I'm curious why two people have recommended that format? Thanks.
  6. Yeah, I think most of us would agree that the RS censor is too oppresive. Personally, I would prefer it if you could customise the level of censorship you want to experience ingame i.e. pick a pre-defined level of censorship
  7. For me it was mainly the new skills... was getting really bored with the F2P ones and wanted to try some of the new stuff. Items were a bit factor too though.
  8. I love the new "Show Items Kept On Death" button. Was quite surprised by some of the stuff I'd get to keep and think it's a great addition to the game. Their best interface update in a long time.
  9. For me it depends how far into the task I am. If it's a drop really early on, I'll do it immediately, on the off chance that I'll get another one when I come back to complete the task. Otherwise, I'll leave it until I'm finished with the task.
  10. Yup, Dagannoths are probably best especially for the herb seed drops. You'll need pretty decent defence though or noted food to sell then buy to the general store upstairs. Like others said, the cannon isn't the most cost effective way to train range (no hp exp), and others are quite right when they say it's best used for slaying tasks.
  11. This TipIt guide has some pictures including both fountains, although they're pretty small. All I could find really... http://tip.it/runescape/construction_ta ... mal+garden
  12. Thanks very much for such an informative post. Unless I can find myself a high earning way of making cash, I think my current plan may be the only option for me. If I bumped up my playing time to around 21 hours a week, I reckon I could finish all this under four months. :-k that's awesome mate... best of luck. I think you've got the right idea by doing all three things, as this will make it far less boring lol.
  13. +1 The spear is an awful weapon really. Hally is much better, but still not a great weapon in my opinion.
  14. A rough calculation.... (you might want to refine this a little if you're serious) I see your starting level is 400k exp. So you need a further 12,600,000 or so experience to go. It's 62 exp per green hide, so you'll need 203k hides. This means you can make 67k bodies. Which also means you'll need 67k nats. Costs: HIDES = 203k x 1.45k = 294m BODIES = 67k x 4860 = 313m ESSENCE = 7m TOTAL = 12m profit (approx) Time: Nats - 45 hours (assuming 1.5k per hour) Hides - 203 hours (assuming 1k per hour) - I think u can do more though Alchs - 67 hours (assuming 1k per hour) You could reduce the time by selling the bodies & buying the nats, but that means you'd make a loss by saving 100 hours.
  15. Beach Boys - I Get Around (Greatest hits)
  16. Just seen this today :) Thought it was pretty good actually, although they're really reaching by calling this a Die Hard movie. I mean, it's John Mclean and that's it really... Anyway, thought it was better than 2&3, but not as good as the first one. A great movie if you try to ignore the impossible plot as the action is pretty fantastic at times. 8/10 from me :) Just what I've read about him really. I imagine he'd be an enormous influence on set... he's a legend after all. I doubt they hired him just for his good looks lol... so he must've had a LOT of say on set.
  17. If anything should be considered "Devil Music", it should be rap. Where the lyrics tell you all about "bustin' caps", killing people, taking drugs, treating woman like meat and are full of swearing.... lol Joking of course, but that stuff is way meaner than any rock I've heard. ;)
  18. Hmm, I might try that thanks :)
  19. Although the exp at Kebbits is slight better, you have to consider the insane profit you can make from Chins. Chins still fetch a good price or if you prefer, you can hold onto them for some serious range experience later on. It's your call, but personally I'd go with Chins.
  20. Just finished this one... think it's a little better than my last effort. Thanks :)
  21. The reward hasn't been released yet... that's what the speculation is about regarding the Behind the Scenes for July post.
  22. Oh I hope not... if there's one thing American cinema does really really poorly with, it's Oriental remakes lol.
  23. There's been some rumours circulating since the July BtS was released.... many of them discussing the possibility of a new reward pertaining to the number of tracks unlocked by your character. These vary wildy from a new cape, to an entirely new skill. Anyway, I was just wondering how close you are to unlocking all of your tunes. Are you ready for whatever reward may or may not be released? I've got 42 left to unlock lol. Edit : feel free to discuss what you think the new reward may be if you believe there will be one.
  24. I thought that too, but put it down to low production values at this point given that it's a year from release?
  25. While your idea has merit, I doubt Jagex would allow this. The whole point of Construction was that it was designed as a deliberate money sink. Being able to level that skill by spending so much money, then making much of it back by selling your house, would negate the major reason for ths skills' introduction in the first place :(
