That's a fantastic post... great find and I completely agree with most of it. Especially the reality TV stuff. In regards to crap like Big Brother... seems my mother was wrong, if you ignore something annoying, it doesn't necessarily go away lol.

I very rarely see any Tipsters in game... mainly because I probably don't play on the correct servers, but also because so many players here have a different RSN from their forum name. I've made a few friends here though, I see them occassionally and I guess they're famous to me lol (I don't want to name and embarrass them) :)

I don't think i'd like this new prayer to be honest. There's already a LOT of doubt over the effectiveness of the RoW. Many claim this item actually reduces your chance of certain rare drops (i.e. d chains from the KQ). It doesn't help that Jagex have given virtually no information about how reliable the ring is, or specific monsters it does and doesn't work against. I'd hate to think that I'm wasting valuable prayer for nothing, unless Jagex can quantify exactly what it does.

The quickest method would be to buy them from other players in bulk. However, I suppose you could just hop worlds once you've depleted the available stock at Port Sarim, or consider changing locations to other vendors such as the store in Catherby or Shilo Village.

Yeah, something like that would make you a profit. Another popular method is buying iron bars and making them into throwing knives. Despite being lower exp per bar, it's actuall much better experience than making cannonballs, since the animation for that is awfully slow... you'll see what I mean if you try it. :)

It can be if you don't mind taking ages to get to lvl 99. Profitable would mean smithing bars into things like knives and cannonballs and selling for a profit. Typically you don't make more than 20-30k experience per hour this way. So although it's profitable, it will take a long long time. The most popular (but expensive method), is to use the smithing gauntlets when smelting gold ore. You earn 56 exp per smelt, so 60k experience per hour is average then. However, this would cost about 500k cash per hour to maintain. It's still more expensive than construction since an oak plank costs 400gp (to buy) and earns 60exp whilst smelting gold costs 500gp (to buy) and earns 56exp. That's why I think smithing would be more impressive

Since the new mith dragons drop runite bars, I doubt there will ever been Rune Dragons released. I suspect Mithril dragons may be the last in the metal dragon line?

Yeah, it makes me feel sick. I also agree, but ive heard Bill Gates has ALOT of charities going on, he actually gives away millions. (From what Ive heard) Yeah, I think I read somewhere that he and his wife have willed their fortune to be divided up amoungst all registered American charities after they're both dead (as opposed to being divided up amoungst his family). I respect Bill Gates as he truly has acheived a lot (despite major opposition from Congress and other businesses), and I believe he's genuinely done a lot for the world. There's a lot of other mega rich folk who could learn a lot from him. I'd like to think his fellow billionaires aspire to him, but I think that's very unlikely and that most donations are simply PR stunts.

King of the Hill : I've never watched this in honesty. Think I missed the boat in this one coz it's been out for ages. Futurama : Was my fave cartoon when it came out, even better than Simpsons in my opinion. Dr Zoidberg just makes me laugh so hard. American Dad : This is the best one I recon. It pushes things to the limit of what is allowed and isn't affraid to pull any punches. Don't remember watching an episode where I didn't laugh outloud several times. (especially the one where Stan's boss is dating his daughter... priceless)

I would go with Smithing, since the exp for this skill peaks at about 60k per hour really. Whereas Construction is somewhat higher, and frankly, costs a little less if you use oak planks.

Barrows is quite a bit of explaining, so it's best to just read one of the many guides. This one is quite good. http://forum.tip.it/viewtopic.php?t=560975 It's a great way of making money and very popular. As for the coals, I think it's about the same as it was a few years ago. The prices have dropped a little since you can now get your Workers at the Kingdom of Miscellania to gather resources like that for you.

I think it's horrible that one person should have so much money, when so many others can't even afford food, housing or medical care. Pretty awful world we live in really.

Not really, but if you stick to either the north (group of 3) of south zone(group of two with wanderin northern demon), they'll leave you alone after about 10 mins (even if you log out or swap worlds)

Withdraw/buy 20 baskets, glory ammy, and any other convenient bank teleport. Use Glory ammy to hop to Karamja... there's 33 banana trees waiting to be picked :) Should only take a few mins to fill all of your baskets.

I think 200m is just taking it too far to be honest. I've been playing for 6 years, probably an average of about 2 hours per night over that time, yet ALL of my skills combined don't quite reach 200m. I just don't see the point, nor will I ever achieve that lol
