About a year ago i had a goal of 99 smith, and as you can see i never finished it. Since then i was just curious as to if anything has changed, before i used to do addy plates with SC hammers. Things to know is that now i will NOT use SC hammers as i really cba getting them. Money isn't a problem but i don't wanna blow more than 100m. Looking for no more than 60-70m tbh but dont mind spending more if its really fast xp. Could someone give me XP rates and GP/XP rates of making addy plates WITHOUT hammers as i have forgot them. Also are there any other decent alternatives? I DONT want to do addy bolts tho because I remember they were liek 80k XP/H or something along those lines which is too low for me. Thanks.

You were averaging 171 crims/h which is no way near a record, personally i've managed 194 crims/h for the full hour and i'm not even maxed.

I would recommend sniping the sigil instead of the actual sheild? since they update everyday, it would be more than possible to get one. Also, consider that CS drops will sell automatically for mid to the first offer which means you might save a little money when you successfully snipe one. This, but as a side note, my friends who have succesfuly sniped a sigil have had their offer in for around a week, so dont pull after 2 days. If you don't merch then it's no problem just keep offer in until timerglass goes away. If you do merch, liek me, it can be a pain, i've camped 25 hours and wasted potentially 500-700m merch money trying to get this friggin shield that i want so much. 4 Days going with timerglass no sigil, i pray i get one before timerglass goes :( I don't quite understand what the Timerglass means exactly, doesn't it imply that your offer HAS updated, you should renew it? The timerglass means the the price has updated to the point where your offer is no longer inside the range. When that happens it is no longer valid and you need to re-do it, Yh but in my case, my offer was outside the max range meaning i'm offering more than max price, that way i have more chance of getting the sigil. Doesn't matter now anyway,,, finally after a week my timerglass went... no sigil :( I'm fed up i'm just gonna merch and tribrid everyday until i can buy one pure cash, should be able to make 20-30 merching and 10-20 dkin. Just to clarify, div is around 1.5b street right? I know it's gonna be touch finding pure cash offers but whatever.

I'm starting to get hopeless now, does anyone actually know what the chances of snipeing a Divine sigil off G.E are? Is it even possible to try snipe without the sigil updateing +20m. As it does update every day due to BSS or w.e, i've tried 3 times puting offer within 3 seconds, getting sick now jsut want the shield so bad :/

Also it's not like you are constantly using the rapier, since supreme is the quickest to kill, it's most likely less than a third of the time you will actually be using the rapier, therefore i would strongly ssuggest taking it due to it's faster kills therefore less damage taken.

Personally i would recommend taking both arcane and fury and switch them when fighting rex. Don't bother taking the totem, no big deal just take 2 super anti ++'s. You may have to play about with the gear as in the video the risk is quite high so since you'd be using a rapier and arcane you may have to replace the bandos with barrows armour, or possibly take an EE instead of the claws. I do not have rapier nor arcane so i cannot tell you the perfect setup that wouldn't risk the Dungeoneering items.

Can someone try their CLS uot at slayer and compare it with whip, because i'm jubious as to what to get, i'm gonna slay a lot to max melle, but i'm gonna MH even more in summer because thats what i like. If the CLS is better than whip at slayer than i will get, but it appears CLS is on the same level as whip on slayer, i just don't know :S

This. You shoulda listened to me, I didn't say DFS was better than eagle, but it isn't much worse either, no point wasting 2m xp on that shield when it isn't even that good and has limited uses.

If you REALLY intend to arma a lot then just go ahead and but the bow.. the shield, all of them kinda suck, DFS > eagle shield anyday, But yeah, if you plan on arma'ing a lot the bow will help you much more, either way i would personally say get a CLS/rapier because they have mroe uses,
