  1. 60 attack 60 strength 56 defense 61 hitpoints 44 prayer 55 ranged 52 magic 73 combat Can I get a God Cape/Staff without maging the bad guy whoever it is? I have rune, initiate, and d'hide... dragon long/DDS, magic short, obsidian cape... What do I wear and bring in my inventory?
  2. There's a guide to it somewhere in the rules, I believe.
  3. Please help. Or PM me ingame, I'm on now. If it's just a quest, I'll find the guide.
  4. I tested and discovered that you actually can multi-log in RuneScape - but not on the same world. Different accounts on different worlds work - people could have multiple macroers on one computer. And no, I don't multi log. It was only an experiment. Don't flame me for breaking the rules, 'cause I know some people will be "omg rule breaker".
  5. Quite possibly one of the most thoughtless statements I've ever heard. After all, skillers generally have low combat levels, but certainly aren't "noobs". And I consider level 73 in F2P to be moderately high, but I'm certainly not a no-lifer. And many high levels certainly have lives, jobs, spouses/significant others/fiancees, families, social lives, etc. I'd call that a life, wouldn't you say? For shame. Next time, use that gray matter.
  6. I don't have proof, but I have personally seen Andrew, while watching my member friend play, wearing simple clothes, and a black partyhat. I can search for a picture if you don't believe me, but he sincerely has a black partyhat, the only one of its kind. They can actually do pretty much anything in the game, you know... spawn items, edit their levels, spawn randoms (free camo pl0x!), walk on water... pretty much ultimate power. But they can't give you free stuff
  7. Farmers, some dwarves, dark wizards, and dark warriors which are in level 13-14 wilderness in the castle-thingy.
  8. Thanks for all the answers... still looking for the answer about payment and some more of your opinions :D
  9. Wow, hurt. If I woke up tomorrow to find that I could go out and buy all 99 skills, it'd be like "Whoa, I've got maxed out skills. Now what?" And it would get boring. Really fast.
  10. Exactly my opinion. But one day, when I've stopped skilling altogether, I'll get called a "PC noob" even if I don't use Pest Control. Hmph.
  11. Well, yeah... seems all these discussions on the Rants boards break down to "This or That". But I'm not saying that a 99 cape isn't hard to get. On one hand, you gotta train multiple skills quite high, as well as having a good bit of cash, to get a Fire Cape. But on the other hand, you've got up to years of hard training to get a Skill Cape. You have to have high dedication (and sometimes, a deep wallet :XD: ) and be able to stick with it for awhile. Especially goes for the harder, not purchasable skills like Mining and Thieving.
  12. Fire cape requires much skill. You gotta train quite hard to earn your stats, and it's not really something you can buy, such as cooking, firemaking, or fletching. Plus, what does a 99 herblore cape do to show that you're a great fighter? It doesn't. The Fire Cape does. Ergo, it's a combat cape... it gets higher combat bonuses.
  13. If you're only a melee PKer, well... you're stuck with iron, or leather for mages. Get some range and wear d'hides, you'll like the increased defense values, plus the range ability! Not many pures these days are pure melee, anyways... mostly hybrids of two forms, or all three. But if not... Iron FTW.
  14. I got me a fancy $25 USD debit gift card for Christmas, and I'm most likely going to spend it on 5 months of sweet, sweet membership. But I need an answer - what do I put under "Cardholder's Name"? In the space where the name usually is on a debit card, it says "Just For Fun"... do I put that, or my real name? And a few questions about the P2P world in general... 1. Can I wear White Knight armor without doing the required quests/killing the required amount of Black Knights needed to buy said items? 2. What are the requirements for an Obsidian shield, or should I stick with my rune kite - looking for defense value here! Is an Obby shield worth the 250k or so? 3. How much is an Obsidian cape these days? Rune boots? Granite maul? Obsidian maul? Prayer potions? Super sets? Cooked sharks? Glories? 4. Does doing Hero's Quest allow me to charge my glories in the Hero's Guild? 5. Can I melee the tree spirit in Lost City, or should I stick to safing it? CB 73 - Attack 60, Strength 59-60, Defense 56, Prayer 44. 6. Can I bring an unassembled woodcutting axe to Entrana? 7. What's the cheapest price I could get on a blue, red, or black boater? 8. If anyone reading this would save me some stuff from the following list to buy at a relatively cheap but fair, I'd very much apperciate it! Blue D'Hide set Dragon Longsword DDS/DDP++ Magic Shortbow Blue/Red/Black Boater Rune Boots 9. What can I sell Recoil Rings, Dueling Rings, Forging Rings, and Rings of Life for? Prices on each, please? 10. With my afore mentioned stats, and 55 ranged + 52-53 mage, could I survive a few fun runs of Barrows? 11. What's a fun, but high leveled monster that I could kill by myself or a friend or two? Nothing too hard, mind you, and please - no wilderness! 12. As a beginning Slayer, which Slayer Master should I use for my level? 13. What's a good training source for me? Any quests needed for it? Or should I rely on Slayer to train my combat? Anything else a lvl 73 new member would need to know, or do, would be a great help! Anything you want to add - quests, items, skills, areas, etc. - would be excellent!
  15. 10.71, thankfully I'm not a "cb noob". What does that mean, anyways? I mean, come on... I have a right to train combat and not skill or make millions of GP. You can't call me a noob because I like combat better. Although if I get membership, a whole lotta people might call me a "PC noob" if I get really high... without PC, mind you! Gah, went way off-topic with that one. Just had to vent a little...
  16. Rune (G) without a helm, 900k... even though I spend waaaaaay too much
  17. wow that sure is a lie... when I tried the value out at general store, the store will buy for 5gp, no way it can be 100gp But since Endo brought in his actual picture of a Santa valued at 48gp, 100gp is a distinct possibility. Who's the idiot now? :P Too many conflicting opinions about Santa prices here, ugh. Anyways, I like buying uncuts, as well as iron arrows, feathers, all runes but chaos/deaths, and bait. And it's my habit to always buy out the stock of hammers, tinderboxes and chisels to add to my collection. :XD: OFFTOPIC: I just bought over 50 gems, including 9 diamonds and 13 rubies, for a total of 25k. Woot! 28 sapphires FTW!
  18. There are multiple guides to using Barrows in the Archive of Wisdom. Pray on the melee brothers usually, and mage Karil and range Ahrim in blue d'hide. Wear rune, or prayer boosting gear. Bring whatever strong weapon you usually use, like a dragon scimitar/longsword. A DDS isn't too necessary, but I suppose it would help. Bring a few prayer pots, a spade, teleports, and sharks/good food. lotuslord, "Barrows" is a P2P combat minigame that sends you killing 6 strong "Barrows" brothers to earn some of their powerful armor or runes and coins.
  19. I'd assume it'll just pick up the fired arrows and not regenerate them... regeneration would lead to item duplication, I'd think. And the update said that it automatically upgraded.
  20. Whatever level you stop burning sharks at (if that's possible) then switch to sharks then, I'd guess. You won't burn near as many lobsters at 80 cooking than you would sharks. Just found it, you need 94 cooking + cooking gauntlets to not burn sharks. 74 cooking without gauntlets to not burn lobsters. Buy lobsters raw, sell them cooked. Then move to sharks at 94, I'd say. Make sure to get cooking gauntlets!
  21. They all hit the same, but with different side effects: Saradomin causes opponent's prayer to be temporarily lowered. Guthix causes opponents' defence to be temporarily lowered. Zamorak causes opponent's magic to be temporarily lowered. It's all preference, I suppose... they all hit a max of 20, or 30 with the Charge spell.
  22. Yes, if it didn't fail, then no other spell can override it. They'll stay entangled.
  23. Lemme guess, they look like coins? :| No, they're passed off as "rare" like charcoal, and the new polished buttons. People keep offering me polished buttons for "400k, cheap!"
