Really? I've seen several level 70's who have it. No, combat level doesn't mean much in the Caves, it's mostly range. Oh. Didn't know that... I usually see Guthan's users and such doing it.

If you don't want a lot of food, I'd suggest using the first floor of the Stronghold of Security. They rarely hit me (but I have 56 defense). Level 27 is the highest you'll see. Good especially if you're a pure.

An 80GB iPod for $125 is a great deal :wink: Oh, and I used minotaurs in the Security of Stronghold from 45-55, they drop plenty of iron arrows and the occasional uncut gem. Safe spots, too!

And it requires very high combat, 50+ prayer, 70+ ranged, and membership, since your sig reads "F2P wee"... :-k There are many guides to the Fight Caves in the "Archive of Wisdom".

The armor store in Varrock might sell hardleather bodies, but it might only be studded. I'm not sure, you'd have to check.

Full rune, but it wasn't too horrible. The really bad thing was my... my... LEIDERHOSEN TOP! I lost it the day I got it, 'cause my friend was all "help me in the wildy!" and I didn't have bank space to bank it. He said it was someone 5 levels lower than me, so I thought I could have gotten him. But noooo... he killed me, and got my rune helm+longsword, and I lost my shirt. Boo hoo. :(

Heck yeah! Longswords are the uber-ownage! Well... Ummm... I guess scimitars.

It is only really useful for its special attack - lowers the magic level by what you hit. If you hit a 12, the magic level of that monster/player would be lowered by 12. I'm pretty sure it's no better than a magic shortbow/crystal bow.

Jagex mods can also immediately kick anyone off their account if needed, then lock it. But could they actually spawn items for regular players? I was thinking they couldn't, but I don't know... I don't think they can actually delete accounts, just either ban them, lock them, or wipe them - clean their bank out and reset their levels. I saw some guy whose account got wiped... he was in the Warrior's Guild I think, which was funny - a level 3 in the Warrior's Guild! :lol:

This seems like a pointless topic... ...but longswords forever! Take your scimitars, battleaxes, and 2 hands... chuck 'em. Buy a longsword. Although people like to call me a noob for using a longsword... strange.

Well, cursing is definitely the cheapest way to train magic. But if you can afford better, I hear fire strike/bolt is very effective for training. Buy lots of chaos/minds and airs and get a fire staff!
