Con is far from the hardest cape. Its just expensive that's why so few ppl have one. Mining or slayer is the hardest. Farming isn't the hardest either. In fact I would say farming is a skill and chill stat that doesn't even require you to be logged in to get 99. rc and slayer are hardest 99s imo, rc ain't that hard anymore since zmi but it was before it... atleast i think :D
