I just got back into running a few months ago. In fourth grade I could run a 7:45 mile. Now I could probably run a 8:00 mile. I'm going to work for like 6 months to get my mile as close to 6:00 as I can, and my prediction is I'll get down to 6:30. I plan on joining track and running a 1600 or a 3200. This is mainly to get back in shape and actually do something extracirricular at school. Plus, I love running. Now to get good at it again.

Welcome to the Teenage club. 8-) I don't understand. Why would a teenager get pregnant? If they know they could screw up their lives, then they shouldn't have had sex in the first place. In other words, your statement applies for any age.

Stereotypes fade away in the future. I was kind of a nerdy guy but I got with a preppy girl (though I've changed a lot, I dress preppy, hang out with anyone from any social group, take pride in what I can make of my body, etc). It's not about being in the same social groups once you get a little older. Sure, they exist but you'll all start to co-exist. If social groups are keeping you apart, give it some more time. Eventually you'll both stop being bound by words like "prep" and "nerd". Freshman year isn't a good year for dating either, imo. Get your GPA high this year so you can slack in the future if you feel like it without killing your chances at college. ^ Agreed. I was kind of a nerdy guy too last year, but now that I'm getting older, I'm changing. Social groups are starting to matter a bit less as well. Freshman year is infact a bad year to date. I didn't even pursue anyone that year, and I'm glad. This way, as a sophomore, I can date more people easily. Also, to freshmen, age matters a lot more than it does to the upper classes. And the GPA thing is true, I'm just glad I can slack off AND keep a 4.0. Also, dating before you are 16 is nearly pointless. I know I'm 15 and dating currently, but having that driver's liscence makes it so much easier.

They know they are killing their baby/fetus/whatever. And that baby/fetus is a human being from conception, or a few weeks after it. And killing a human being is murder. Simple as.

What do you mean by that? If a man and woman both agree to abort, how does that decision negatively affect other people? And for the record, I do think that a woman needs to discuss abortion with the "father" and he should definitely have a say. But in the end, I do think that the woman has the right to make the final decision, but the man's opinion should certainly be taken into account. Which is the way it should be. Abortion is such a tricky subject to comment on, especially sense you get flamed no matter what you say 9/10. Personally I think when the fetus starts to give off brain waves, it should be considered alive and unabortable, and I don't know if anyone has brought it up before this post, but adoption is always an option. Adoption?!? What the hell?!? We'd rather just eliminate the "problem" altogether than give the innocent baby to someone else sp they can live a life, just because we are afraid to hear in 10-15 years "Why did you abandon me?" Of course, we'd rather have it so we can have sex all we want with no repurcussions! No babies, abortion is so much easier, plus, we only go a few weeks without sex, instead of 6-8 months! WOOHOO! Seriously, it is sad that people would rather KILL their baby than give it to someone else so it can live its life, which they should have the right to do.

If she's worth anything she'll like you for who you are, not the stereotypes that are out there. And if she doesn't, she probably isn't worth it. But you do need to act not nerdy around her, or at all for that matter. If you don't act like one, people won't label you one.

1 and 5 are the same situation. You should say if you're stupid enough to have sex before you're ready for a kid, it is your fault. Here it is not ok. I agree with the middle 3 though. Some people think that murder is wrong, but some don't. Does that make it right? Oh wait, bad example, because I'm comparing abortion to murder, which the two shouldn't be compared, even though abortion is just killing a baby...

Us '90s kids are spoiled with technology. But I remember when I was like 6-11 years old all I did was play outside. So I'd say mainly the people born from '96 or so on have been spoiled with this as long as they can remember. Born in '93 BTW.

That game was soo [bleep] fun tbh. Towards the end of the game it got difficult, I mean getting 10 million bounty for Razor, that was next to impossible Yeah, i'm on my third time beating it. It was the first one I ever played, so the rest seem awful. And to get your bounty, just go around the main highway again and again at heat level 5, and 1 million bounty per chase comes easily. Get away via baseball field once the 25 cops have been worn out. LOL.

Completely off the topic but I was playing Need For Speed: Most Wanted 5 minutes ago. And as long as it endangers no one not involved, fine by me.

I started on August 7th. Much better to go back early so you get out early.

I can Alaska seceding, as they are completely separated from the lower 48 and should govern themselves. But then of course we would think of some new 50th state to squeeze in(separate Florida, New York, or even the "State of Jefferson" thing going on in the northwest, just so we can keep our flag. Then Russia would beat the hell out of them if they wanted.
