Finished getting master student. Just need to buy the sword plans, gold cannon, royale cannon and the last pipe mending one. I'm holding off to use up my brews camping the QBD for journals. At the moment I'm mining enough bane ore for about 5k bolts.

It seems like GWD gear's main benefit is that it has the best stats for something that doesn't degrade, so they could also have kept it with its level 75 stats and given Nex gear some additional effects similar to the barrows sets. Along the lines of something I think you said when they lowered the stats on GWD: The solution everyone wanted wasn't to nerf GWD armor, it was to buff Nex armor. ...And why do I get the feeling that PoP is going to be a money sink exclusively for all of the billionaires out there? :sad: I'm fairly certain it will be and thats why i've been saving. And I'm fairly certain it wont be necessarily for the billionaires. I have a feeling this will be a stepping stone up for those wanting to do nex, but not have the most elite gear.

Apparently dominion tower gloves will be viable level 80 gloves now and not weapons. Also murmur will be getting a boost to level 80 gear. With that said I sold amulet of ranging for 577k and bought saradomin's murmur to replace it for just under 3m. Not bad, but I'm seriously broke now lol. Pretty much caught up on rocks except one farming rock which I think I'll get tonight and then I'll finish up master student too.

Anyone notice that while working on collecting construction rocks that the animation is crazy fast yet the delay between constructing it sooo slow?! On that note it makes me think that jagex wants to put in some armour from PoP into the 75 slot so the lower end players don't feel like they've been handed an update not quite outside their realm of attention. Besides obtaining the gear from dominion tower is still quite hard. So in a way you get... Barrows for low end pvm, 70 stats gear. God wars dungeon for high end pvm, 70 stats gear. Player owned ports for 75 gear. Dominion tower/dungeoneering for low end, 80 stats gear. Ancient prison/corporal beast for high end, 80 stats gear. Player owned ports for everything else above 80 stats Makes some sense, but jagex has always had a twisted view on linear progression changes.

Maybe they are being forced at gunpoint to play the way their companies conceptualizes it? lmfao... Anyways yeah I'm one of the leaders now in Hex Keyers. Truthfully selling floors ain't as bad as others see it because as far as I'm concerned I try to take things from a complete business perspective. That means trying to offer good customer service while doing what I can to protect both the keyers and leeches investments. Such as we adamantly enforce a one floor per payment rule and breaking it risks losign rank and possibly deposites. A lot of other friend chats make their keyers pay immense amounts of cash. We only take a fraction after being ranked and it is returned a month later to protect keyer loyalty and prevent people coming in and out to scam. On another note if you catch me saying I dislike an update i'll give you some fire crackers and balloons :P. I've been riding this train so long and nothing short of crazy skill endurance races like fight caves and kiln will anger me, but wont make me say its a crap update... I am also the type of person to ride the fence on everything that I don't find strongly appealing.

Sell claws. Fury is just 0.2% crit under arcane stream, amulet of ranging and saradomin's whisper. It will make good for a piece of hybrid gear much like onyx ring (I) and barrows gloves.

Went and bought akrisae's for more than three times its GE value (6m for it - kill me please...) for a mage prayer gear set-up. Bought warrior ring and amulet of ranging for over twice btoh their GE value too, and imbued it. I also got some blue d'hide armor, runes, and food stock.

Wewt 3 tops and a bottom gained! Now to wait for the circus to reset next week. Just have the 3 hats and giant hand left to get. Trying to stay up on my strange rocks. I initially was doing them once they actually reset, but now I'm storing the last two until I can turn in. Think I'll do fish flingers every week (even though I could do daily).

I'm savvy on that. As far as getting the audience rewards I know to do like one trick then end it.

Dragon it tiers is thus: Torva < barrows/GWD < dragon So not horrible.

Warrior gives more crit than a berserker, should try to see if you can grab one and imbue it. Thanks it's no big deal. I'll probably grab one for the hell of it... Like 700k for it anyways I bet. I got 1.3m reward points just sitting anyways. Edit: yeah and I kept veracs because its a good set with massive prayer bonus. Might be worth getting akristae too as Mage prayer gear.

How can you get more than one piece a week? Derp... You can get a piece per type of performance. Means I got two weeks now to finish...

The effort to obtain GWD armor over barrows is much, much more. This makes me think that they will eventually be worked out as a better armor later on.
