Truthfully you will learn to love them no matter how much you hate them you'll realize just how much they help by offering alternative training methods and xp you would not be able to obtain in the amount of time it takes to do that particular quest.

I'm in agreement... You could even do a hybrid of what I said and doing this as well. Had a started playing runescape during these days I probably would have done exactly this... Sooo many quests and activities that require skills.

Try going by 10's. Once you get to 70 you should go by 5's. Don't worry if a few skills lag behind for whatever reason. Don't feel bad if you leave skills behind because once you are close to maxing you'll be surprised as how a skill like hunter becomes something of a relief. This is my current situation with everything pretty much 95+ and and the easiest skill to leveling being hunter.

In what instances is this armor good? I'm really curious.

Farm runs are botted, but the timing constraints and the fact that there isn't much competition other than obtaining seeds from the ge (which is negligible).

You get a +6 hunter boost from the arctic bear familiar.

Suppose I did black warlocks from 90-95 how many arctic bears would I need to buy? They last 28 minutes and black warlocks are 180k hunter xp/hr from what I hear. How many feathers would I need to go from 95-99 fishing at the barbarian fishing spot? I plan on dropping.

Right... What profits? I don't do that farming juju crap. Don't even attempt to persuade me to try them because even if you managed to convince me to do farm runs thats pretty much hitting the jackpot anyways...

Remember it's 2.5% xp not 2.5x.

I think my plan is this so far: 98-99 herblore from daily assists, trolls and penguins done throughout this whole course. 95-97 agility at adv barb course 95-97 fishing at rocktail/barb fishing 90-97 hunter at warlocks (with arctic bear) or herblore habitat 97-99 slayer (using all lamps on farming) Then... 97-99 mining at LRC 97-99 hunter at warlocks (with arctic bear) or herblore habitat 97-99 agility at barb course 97-99 fishing at rocktail/barb fishing 94-99 farming at livid farm and doing tree/fruit tree runs in between 90-120 dungeoneering (while bossing, pvming, bsing around) To be honest I will probably use MTK as a source of money so rocktail fishing might be out. Also I don't think I have the patience to master c2 fishing.

I have the first batch of livid farm spells not the 2nd batch. I plan on returning for the 2nd batch for the completionist cape requirements later when I go for 99 farming. I am really interested in your barb fishing advice, but I think I plan on doing rocktail because I owe a friend 60m and need to make some cash. Quyneax I like what you brought to the table. I might just go and finish up slayer for the supplemental effigy xp gained from them and use the lamps on farming. If you cant tell I hate farming with a passion and thats because I hate tearing myself from my other activities to do runs. I really like this idea and I think I'll go finish up 99 slayer after I get 97 fishing and agility.

Advanced Barbarian is the fastest agility xp if you aren't filling the penance horn. About 70k xp/hr right?

I don't want to fill a penance horn, but whats the best agility xp? I'm 95 agility at the advance barbarian agility course.

How is a faceplant related to anime? I've seen it used in anime. A more loosely used action, but nonetheless.

Faceplant emote... Now that's interesting. Seems like more of an anime themed emote update.

I'm not sure if this is new, but I noticed that when the toolbar updated this afternoon we got a newer looking quest symbol for the repeatable content. I decided to right click and see if there were any other new things and I found that you could add a radio player to the toolbar. I'm not sure if this is new, but if this is relatively new I think it would be cool to hear some Jagex podcasts.

I know it's on the standard spellbook and only costs one armadyl rune. Armadyl runes are created by getting armadyl shard drops from the new quest monsters called glacors. You need to use them on a pestel and mortar to get 8 armadyl dust. Then you need to go to the air altar with some pure essence and the armadyl dust and runecraft them there. Doing this uses one pure essence per one armadyl dust and creates however many armadyl runes you would as if you were runecrafting air runes.

I thought you guys might want some complimentary tips to the whole boss fight. [hide=Boss Fight Tips] General tips: Bring plenty of teleport tabs because chances are you'll not tank your way through the whole Lucien fight scene. You'll have to bank several times. Khazard fight - Pray mage to block his sword spells and regular food should be fine. Bouncer can't be attacked so kite him on a nearby tree and let Sir Tiffy do the work or you can help him to make it quicker. Lucien Fight #1 (Enhanced Ice Elementals) - Bring your usual boss get-up and use the 1:3 saradomin brew and super restore ratio. I figured the best way to do this is to stick to one and pray mage. When you get frozen in the ice block spam click a spot nearby until the ice shatters and continue attacking. Be prepared to be frozen and have Luciens shadow skull cast on you as well. In this case spam brews if you don't get out on time. This fight is one that I particularly prefer to bring brews on because his shadow skull spell is an AOE spell that hits rapid 100-180 or so for a total of 600-700 damage. Lucien Fight #2 (Ice Demons - level 300) - This fight is another one that I don't know how anyone could do without feeling overpowered. My advice is to lure all of the ice demons to the side where the barrows brothers are and quickly run to the other side of the ritual marker. After this let all of the fight aids kill off as many of the ice demons and run back and forth when Lucien casts his shadow skull spell. The rule to this fight is that once all, but 3 of the demons are killed none of the aids will do any more damage. From here kill off the two at the barrows brothers side, using darklight or silverlight helps. Then there is usually one clinging to Sir Tiffy. NOTE: Always try to keep a path of escape by attacking and destroying the icicles in case Lucien casts his shadow skull spell. Mahjarrat Battle: This part is relatively easy compared to the rest and all you need to really do is protect from melee against the armoured zombies and Arrav and dodge the shadow skull spells. Once the zombies are gone (you may be able to ignore them, too) attack Arrav and get his attention on you and lure him away next to the stone and he'll find his heart and attack Zemouregal to turn the tide of the fight. After this its pretty much all storyline. [/hide]

Finished.... Was rather interesting. Been hunting for stats on the staff, boots, and where to get the boots mainly.

Small tip.... Treat the strange device as a sextant. Don't be afraid to traverse the plan.
