Energy progress update: I finished lums and started collecting inc recently and shouldn't have long before I hit 115k. I think when I get all my numbers I'm going to go out an buy enough energy to triple t1-7 energies. I shouldn't spend that much so I'm not too concerned.

1) Elder Trees are instanced to a person. That is you can run out of branches but others can still chop. 2) A tree will be down for 10 minutes for you. 3) A tree will be down on all servers for you. (So world hopping won't help you.) So to keep the logs flowing you need to know the locations: updated to include nearest teleports 1) North of Legends Guild (Ardy Teleport or Fairy Ring B-L-R) 2) South of Yanille (Yanille Lodestone or Watchtower tele, or Fairy Ring C-I-Q) 3) North of Eagles Peak Lodestone. At least it wasn't the elf storyline finale. I mean that thing has been culminating for what? 9 years? Maybe 10? I remember jagex stating that it was the first quest of its kind with an overarching storyline supposedly spanning 10-12 quests. Now we know it's more likely to only span 3/4 of that. But my point is damn... We really dodged a bullet here. This is all my perspective. I am sorry for anyone who was really looking forward to this quest. I feel a lot of holes in this one will be patched. Hopefully... I mean I feel that there are so many holes, gray areas and unexplored/unexplained things that it is enough to make another content update on its own.

The sound for the pulse is very minute and even using headphones I couldn't hear it.

It was an addressed problem that never got fixed. Your best bet is to watch the tempo of the fading cursor.

I love reading this guys blog. I swear it makesme want to start over on a DIYer and post literally every exploit I've been through.

New runescape meme: Someone else important died?

The concept art makes it look like it's on a floating island. Completely plausible that the artist just got lazy and only drew the important parts, though.Because we know in the future Armadyle is going to get his majestic aerie to rule from I am thinking that they are using this same concept with Icthlarin so he can reside and look over his "lands" almost like the Olympian gods have with Mount Olympus. We know this place is also going to be on a floating rock. With all this going on I have a feeling there is going to be a lot of potential back story on how these floating islands came to be and it's going to tie Armadyl and Icthlarin together at some point.

I think the new place looks something like how the desert civilizations would have looked before it was completely killed by the changing weather. The architecture looks like it would have bee from a thriving desert civilization.

Yes we are getting MPD next week. This is the new monthly BTS they wanted to start doing to help give more details on the months content.

Wrath of the Lich King meets runescape. Oh My. God. Its amazing! I would spend $20 on it myself. There is also a gothic outfit that almost reminds me of the robes of subjugation, but slightly more darker. Mod Rowley is working on the World Gate quest. Mod Raven is working on the Rite of Passage. I don't think they are linked in any way. Also I got the mods mixed up earlier. Its not Mod Crow working on Rite of Passage.

Wait - the RoP quest is different from the world gate quest. Though both quests hinted at elements of desolation and specifically the world gate quest podcast mentioned despair and depression I believe. The world gate quest is going to be very light on NPC's and more about personal growth and exploration when working on discovering the world gate.

And 95 divination with a side of LUCKY ABYSSAL WHIP! I'm 10.5k lum energy from leaving here. Then I think I might go to radiants and knock them out. 859k from 96 after turning in my challenge. I'm heading for a nap then hitting the gym. When I get back I expect to do 2-3 hours more before hitting the sack again. I should be down to 710k to level at least.

Thought this was interesting: Edgar's bird is a crow which is turn references Mod Crow. We know Mod Crow is working on this quest and so his work interests must obviously be placed somewhere similar to Laputa. Laputa is actually a place in the book Gulliver's Travels. Laputa is also a floating island much like the clan citadels. So with that we should expect to visit a grand citadel which houses Armadyl and a small sect of aviase culture and society. The Baton of Wind is an obvious reference to the Staff of Armadyl because a baton is a staff and wind is often used as reference to flying creatures. The inspiration part is pretty vague, but my guess would be the driving factor for the quests story. Armadyl has lost his staff and a large part of his avianse to the god wars. We know this quest will deal with Armadyls feelings of desolation after the supposed annihilation of his aviase. An uprising of positive emotion must come to help turn this around. Finding his inspiration might come from revisiting his homeworld and discovering there remains pieces of his flock left in the god wars dungeon.

You may want to include a bench mark list of goals to obtain over the long course of time you'll be playing. I think using quotes, bold font and lists will be your friend. Anything quite lengthy would be best used with hide tags. You should post plenty of pictures of interesting moments and level ups. I think the best advice anyone can give you for blogging is to take a peak around everyone elses blogs to see what you like about their layouts. Then from there emulate them. I would also think making some blogger friends would do you a lot of good.
