Thanks to the people that have helped submit a few more images, just added them and should hopefully get a few more throughout the day. If you know anybody that can help provide images or if you can yourself, please try and do so! The verac skirt is the obvious choice if you are using any sort of prayers (which you should be!). Even when you aren't praying I would still advise the verac skirt as the +2 strength bonus is barely going to make a difference, and at 23M more, unless you have NOTHING ELSE to spend the money on (which is impossible), then you could get the tassets.

As far as I can tell, the Surgeries take part in-game in specially picked Mod worlds, and are then transcribed during it. Ms Toxicity is a Forum Moderator.

The percentage doesn't matter. As long as you have 100% at the moment of collection you will be fine. (e.g put 3M in, leave it a few weeks without touching it, come back, get 100%, get full reward)

A way for some of the quickest experience (but needing a lot of clicking and attention), is a combination of stunning + alching, which can be done quite easily in your POH on an elemental balance or at the wilderness ditch on skeletons. Although you need 80 magic for stun. Until you hit 80 I would suggest what ragmar said, but you could also mage barrows, as it is about 3.2k magic exp per run if I remember correctly.

While I'm working on Slayer I plan to save the drops I get and use them to help train my Herblore up (currently at 70). I will be making super attacks for the majority of the earlier levels due to low cost, but I'm wondering about what to make for when I reach the higher levels, and how many of each. Should I make Recover Specials from 84 to 86, Super Antifires from 86 to 88, Extreme Attacks from 88 to 89, Extreme Strengths for 89 to 90, and Extreme Defences for 90 to 91. (Making all the potions needed for these before I hit these levels of course) Or will this not give me a decent amount of potions? As I'm not entirely sure what a decent amount actually is.

Why do I never get the good rare drops?
