thanks thats what i was after makes more sense teleporting to house anyway to refill my prayer at my alter Yeah when I do barrows I usually take 1 prayer potion and do 3 chests per trip. I think tab to my house recharge prayer, use my portal restock at bank and repeat. Its the most effcient way I've found so far. By the way I use slayer dart when killing the brothers.

In search of the myreque and In aid of the Myreque are the ones required I believe. And the fastest way is house tabs to Canifis bank. I think walking to the bank in Burgh De Rott is slower than just teleporting and repeating your run.

Theres a bank available during the Myreque quests but I never use it. I'd say using house tabs to get to your portal would be your best option. Just bank in canifis and use the shortcut behind the bar to get back to barrows.

One of the reasons I never much cared for going to IRC, I really disliked my Ip being shown to people I didn't know. I don't mind using a reputable forum like this one though because I doubt people of power would risk their reputation to do any harm.

I find monkfishing to be my best option. The money and experience isnt too shabby. But if your after speed fly fishing is 45k xp an hour and barb fishing is 50k xp an hour.
